Marissa Mais, B.S., Is the founder of RMM Solutions, a residential/commercial cleaning service. She is also the Co- Owner of Just Let Me Plan, an event service company. Before devoting her work full time to RMM Solutions and Just Let Me Plan. Marissa spent Nine years working for the YWCA, a nonprofit agency, where Marissa was the Program Director/Property Manager. 

Pilar Tucker, M.A., is a Psy.D Clinical Psychology Doctoral Student, Founder/CEO of Empower Our Crown and a proponent of mental health, wellness and leadership development for vulnerable populations. Through education, advocacy, and activism, Pilar is committed to social change, global outreach and community advancement. Pilar dedicates her life work to fostering overall well-being by dismantling racial injustices, breaking gender hierarchies, and advocating for equity, inclusion and diversity.
