Shelby served in the Army for 6 years and got out as a Captain in the beginning of 2018 to dive into Real Estate full time as both an agent & investor.
Out the gate, she was recognized as the Keller Williams Rookie of the Year all of North & South Carolina closing 48 transactions. She moved on to create a traditional team in Fayetteville, NC -- Five Pillars Realty Group -- which closed 500+ transactions in the first 2.5 years. This week I have the pleasure of sitting down with arguably the tallest realtor in the state of Kentucky. Always having an interest in real estate it is no surprise how he ended up involved in the industry.
Josh Lynch is a Realtor with The Brokerage and co-owner of the South District Realty Group in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born and raised in the Lexington area and after starting out as a Special Ed Teacher, transitioned and found his passion for the real estate world. Spending the last 6 years as a licensed realtor, Josh has also been involved in owning rental homes, flipping houses, and more recently getting involved in the short term rental market. He and his wife Lauren recently started the non profit Attitude of Gratitude Foundation, partnering with families going through the adoption and foster care process.
