Italian psychologist, Fabio Arditi, and his wife, Luigina, were guests of Future Prospects earlier this year in 2020. They were some of the first guests we had on our digital version of the show, and called us remotely from their home in Italy.

During 2020, they were one of the hardest hit countries at the start of the lockdowns. The news displayed tragic imagery and horrifying numbers as the case count increased daily. The Arditi's join Future Prospects to discuss their personal experiences, their thoughts on what was happening around them, and their values during this time. Fabio Arditi discusses the events of 2020 from his perspective as a psychologists, and it makes for some truly fascinating conversations.

When we remember that the world has been impacted by this pandemic, we remember that we are not the only ones living through these challenges. There are other countries, regions, and cities that are navigating tragedy and heartache beyond our comprehension. Hearing the Arditi's story and insight really brings us closer together, and helps us appreciate that this is a global issue that has affected us all.

The shut down and distancing meant many young people found it difficult to feel motivated and exercise. The creators of Sweat Duet aimed to bridge this gap and connect teenagers to encourage them to get outside and get moving!
