How does a leader build on fire and self propelling, internally motivated people. Jesus modelled the way. In this short message, I will talk about a method of engagement, inc listening and questions.
John 1-5 says “the word was God” God’s Word is for our life, to be joyful & purposeful. In this short message you can hear some encouragement to keep speaking words of life that will change you and help put seeds into other’s lives, and one day they may have a great tree of life because of you.
I would like to encourage you and assure you that this method works. It’s a simple method and just takes some practice by yourself, or be trained. It helped change my life, gave me a good structure to follow and adapt to suit you. People that I train have been sending testimonials and I believe God wants this to be shared more. Life was given to be enjoyed, I pray this helps you like it has me.
I’m excited to share this as it has change my life and I’m seeing it change many other lives. If you’re fearful about a challenge, it’s actually an opportunity if you know how. In this short message, I share some learnings and intro to the Eet Dert method for joy.

God is amazing, I was totally hopeless and depressed until these Eagles turned up and started to change me.
You will see it after you believe it, it’s the truth that set you free. What you speak is life or death. In this short message, I have provided a way to capture afflicting strongholds and proclaim words of life that will set you free from sickness.
Fear is mostly a fallacy, it’s the big, what ifs get in our way of knowing Jesus, and living the life of joy. In the short message, you will see the way, it may not be an immediate change, but it will come. I promise you, if you keep going with worship, praise and rejoicing, speaking out words of life. The emotions will be changed by the actions of what you do, and stability will come, and the ups and downs will be less and less. Your smile will be bigger, yahoo.
I’m not saying it’s easy, but emotions will come good as you keep going & speaking words of life. You can praise in the face of sickness, financial problems & everything as you watch what God does as you trust him, just like Paul & the chains breaking. In Phillipians, one, Paul shows us the way, he’s a good model as he didn’t meet Jesus either, except in the spirit. Praise You Jesus!
There is a common denominator in all ministry, families and business and it’s people. Unification and engagement take some skills, but they can be learnt. Jesus taught how to lead, and when the love of the Lord is in the centre, and at the helm of your boat, it will reach the destination, faster and easier together.

Time is short, in Matt 7:23 Jesus said, I never knew you, depart from me, you that work iniquity. Knowing Jesus is not enough. Many know and believe in Jesus, but it’s not going to get everyone into heaven. The devil knows this and wants people to stay in their comfort zones. It can be uncomfortable to move out of the comfort zone, but on the other side there’s huge peace, love, joy and comfort forever, amen!
I’ve seen it so many times, fear loses it’s grip and leaves as the stronghold of fear focused thoughts are brought into the captivity of Christ and rejoicing continues. That’s an antidote for your peace calm love joy, yahoo!
Paul had to learn to be in comfort. In all situations, he rejoiced always. He had many reflections and problems, face death, but he rejoiced and tells us to rejoice always. You may not feel like rejoicing and I understand, but when you do in the face of the problems, it will bring good things for you. This is God’s promise and he knows what’s good for you, bless you.
God knows your heart. Sometimes money and prestige can get in the way of a fulfilling career. Listen to what God says. Do what love to do in line with his will. Remember he gave it all to you, all your abilities and he will look after you and your future, guaranteed.
Looking back at our learnings, can be very helpful to see where we are now. This message includes a story of a motorbike racing accident & how my attitude nearly led to death. God is the only way & only hope. He’s full of joy, I pray this message is for you, bless you.
Proverbs, 1821, says death and life are in the power of the tongue and they that love it shall eat the fruit there of. How powerful are our words and how much will they affect you as you speak them out? Speaking out your faith activates it Ps 91 to says I will say of the Lord, he’s my refuge and my fortress. My God, in him, will I trust. I will “SAY!
In this message, you can Get freedom of the cares of the world if you will really trust God and his word. That’s it. He actively cares for you. It’s like, if you had an accident, he will be your nurse and you will be made well. Trusting this means you can relax and have comfort in any situation, bless you.
This message is Holy Spirit led, what if you don’t get what you want right away but still maintain the joy of the Lord? Would that be of high value? You Can / speak it & believe it first
You may not feel like rejoicing, but you can say the words, and that’s powerful and emotional changing. Paul said to rejoice always & there’s a good reason he said that.
Jesus healed & so can you. The principal is the same for healing & other areas, believe in your heart, pray & act.. with joy….& watch your heart come more alive
What’s the real power of words and thoughts?What did God do to create the Earth, the universe and you?He spoke it all into existence.What you speak will come into existence, joy included.
Ha ha, it’s true that what you speak will come true, you will have what you say. Mark 11 says we can speak to the Mountains, the problems and tell them to move and then pray for what we want. Speak it out, believe it and we will see it. I saw a sign that says stand upright this message will hopefully encourage you to stand upright by the words you think and speak, it’s a great opportunity to live the life of freedom.
Everyone deals with stress, and even though many of us know Jesus, there’s often an ongoing feeling of anxiety. It doesn’t need to stay that way. If you will take action in line with your face by capturing the thoughts that are against the knowledge of God and changing them. EET Dert is a method to capture and change thinking and it can be learnt. The first step is to catch those thoughts that are unhelpful and exhort them self against the knowledge of God. I suggest burn them, throw them away. Get rid of them and disagree. It takes some practice to replace them and understand the questioning process to attain better answers, but practice practice practice for your life.. and praise whilst you practice / you will see the good change, guaranteed.
God has given everything to you in your If you have to see your healing or financial change before you believe that’s not Faith. Take the leap of faith fully, there’s nothing to lose and all to gain, including peace.
You have been wonderfully made and you are a unique individual that God loves. In this message, there’s some scriptures that define staying on who you are in your calling. God also calls us to meditate on his word & day. Then you will be made prosperous, and then you will have good success.
Believing and receiving from your born-again spirit in you, brings the spiritual into the physical. You may be facing problems right now. Can you choose to focus and believe on God’s Word? It’s not nice having problems, but God promises to change things for you if you’ll believe in your heart, not just your intellect.
Our road, maybe narrow, but it’s enjoyable when we’re in Jesus. Active perseverance, and I might say, continuous praise is a game changer. Remember, as we praise, we are thanking God for all that he is done, and that’s a great thing to bless our father. By praising we still the enemy, he hates it. He wants all the praise but won’t get any, so he flees, praise Jesus
This short message is about peace, it’s such a short life on earth before we enter heaven. Worry is useless, we know that. Keeping your mind on God’s Word will keep you in perfect peace. Speak the words of God into your life, and the life of others and watch what happens, it’s good!
The word of God is our victory. Psalm91 is a great example of spiritual warfare. Lies and deception’s will be shot at you by the adversary. Whatever your mind agrees with is what you will see.
When you received Christ, you became born again, and your spirit is now perfect in him. Psalm 91 is a great promise of divine health.
Jesus was exalted, as he was humble, and considered others of more value than himself Philippians, 2:3. Paul sung at midnight whilst he was in prison because he was humble and considered the others in the jail. When we focus on helping others and God and remain rejoicing, we will be the light that changes people’s heart, and that feels good.
It’s possible to walk in divine health, psalm 91 says we can. There is a condition to divine health. We must make the Lord our refuge and our dwelling place, then we will be divinely protected. When stay in Him by acknowledging Him, constantly praying & actioning our given faith in belief we are in the place of safety.
Joy is an emotion which you can have much more often, sometimes it will be an element of joy, called calm delight. Our words spoken are powerful, the man I refer to with anger & fear felt 7 x better after he captured the negatives, and spoke the words of life with me. Having someone beside you can be an extra boost of encouragement, Paul said we should encourage each other daily.
Heb 4 talks about believing Gods word & resting, He rested & it’s open for you to rest too! Every day you can be in His rest!
I pray you receive a revelation of the acknowledging of God in all things to give the Glory to Him, not you. God is our resource instead of the money, believe this & then it will come. As a Christian we are not to operate as the worldly people do ( even if we see them with more money than us ) is not life more than money? Will He supply all your needs & will he bless you to be a blessing as you follow His guide? YES”
God can do anything ! The picture in front of your eyes is God given. God is good, he will give you comfort whilst you prepare for stepping into heaven with all your fellow believers, yahoo!!
It’s an opportunity to be calm in the face of challenges, it will lift you up, lift your business & your people. How you can attain this calm is spoken about in this message. I pray the Holy Spirit flows thru these words

Rejoicing & praising stills the enemy, that’s good & as you continue through your day you will eventually feel ok, knowing who you are in God. Safe & secure is His desire for you, opposite to the enemy desires. Fear is a lie that is thrown at us, God squashes fear, so get into God, get into His words, imagine & think His thoughts about the days ahead. Soon you will be in Heaven, that’s where our life really blossoms!!! We can help others into Heaven when they see our Joy / Calm Delight & LOVE
It’s so wonderful to know that we are a spiritual be in a human body. When you look at the trees, they have been created by a spirit. We have been made in God‘s image, we to have his spirit. When we look at the world, we love what he made for us to look at, and experience. Jesus remained consistently stable. In all circumstances, we can too, all the way.
This is a led message, Holy Spirit is saying to me “I can’t do it without you” it’s up to you & me. We are relation builders not pushers, Jesus built relationships & healed , we can too - As He Is So Are We…
2 Cor 10:4-5 says to cast down imaginations ( the not good ones) Imagination can create a mind stayed in perfect peace!
The thief comes to steal & destroy, but Jesus has given you life, life that you may have more abundantly to overflowing / that’s Joy ! Keep praising no matter what and hope will rise with joy. When you practice Joy in the face of how you feel it has a good affect on you, and others will be attracted to you and the strength in you.
You can have peace always, Jesus is right inside you, beside you, in front of you, behind you & knows what you need.

Well-being is part of Gods design for you. As you sow joy you will reap more joy. Gen 39.2 shows Joseph as a prosperous man whilst he was a slave, he influenced everyone that knew him, and he sowed in theres and his own life, yahoo!
How to turn worry into joy, it’s doable with God - He is your provider, He provides the abilities & skills & all we need, when we trust Him.
Gods Joy Changes Situations, in the ESV Bible its referenced 430 times ( why?) The Joy of The Lord is Your Strength, it’s good for you and helpful for others / so we can humble ourselves and at the due time you Will be exalted, REJOICE if you choose and you will feel better too.
Mark Twain influenced his friends into joy. Heb 10:24 says to spur one another on, Paul says consider it Joy when we face trials. Your words will transform you, other people & circumstances - we can shout out “Rejoice This is the day of The Lord , and I’m glad in it” praise you God.
Yes, many don’t realise that they do have the healing power of Jesus and it’s easy to use, just believe it & step out, it’s easy.
Your’e in a race of life, sliding out towards a pole or tree, will you hit it or find free ground? We are all facing things, it’s up to us to help and find free ground together.
Other People need You more than ever, they need your focus and heart of God on them, building bridges, asking questions, listening & encouraging them. That’s what God wants and He knows it will be good for you too, he Loves You.
Matt17, talks of Jesus telling the disciples the reason that they did not see healing was due to their unbelief. When they prayed & the boy was thrown around, they had some unbelief occur. If there is doubt, don’t expect anything from the Lord.
Jesus gave each of us a measure of faith, His faith , Gal 2:20 , after research is showing the faith of Jesus / He can do anything at all, even translate us, it happened to me on 4th Jan 2023
We can do this thing called Love! It’s really easy to Share Jesus if you believe it is & don’t try to rugby tackle everyone. How about a nice smile or comment first?

It’s not what we see that really matters, it’s what we believe, read, speak & do that matters. We already have everything provided by Jesus, our opportunity awaits us to receive it all. Sometimes it takes a while, but keep going and believing you have already received, let God know “praise Jesus”
Joy is also called grace in the green, you have been given Joy & you can live it regardless of circumstances - it’s not always possible to laugh, but the Joy of the Lord can be your go to.
It can catch us out when we trust someone and they don’t do what they promised. It’s becoming more common, but we rise above it when we forgive in our hearts.
You can move more into peace & joy as you capture thoughts & change them. Remembering & believing that what word says is true. Those who’s minds are stayed on the Lord will be kept in perfect peace, it’s true. It takes perseverance but it’s true, so keep going and the change will come more & more, with Joy, Peace & Love
We can all do this, you might feel anxious or fearful right now, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. Be consistent in speaking words of life and it will change. It did for me.
The enemy is deceitful, he is deceiving many believers into a place where they feel more comfortable. It’s easier to take no responsibility. It’s more joyful to take responsibility.
Proverbs tells us “as a man thinks so is he / or she - what can be done when A lady with arthritis & damaged ankle does not want to accept a healing prayer. Some sew, water or harvest, bless you.

The more we think and act for others the better we feel. There is a scripture which says to value others above ourself, Phil 2 :3-4 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. 4 Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.
Seek first God and put Him before yourself in all your ways acknowledge Him and you will do good and feel good
You will be exalted & lifted up when you humble yourself under his mighty hand. If I can you can.
Feelings? Thoughts? What’s the truth? Bring them into the captivity of Christ and examine them, do they line up with the word? Are they full of hope and life giving? What if I don’t feel joy, can I still be joyful and bring joy to others? YES if we can focus on Jesus and helping others it is possible. Sure some tragedies are not joyful and God knows how you feel & it’s real, the joy of the Lord is still in you, but maybe it’s peace, calm and rest in Him before you can express that joy. He will never leave you or forsake you, He’s our helper!! and He loves You & will bring you comfort in every circumstance when your mind is stayed on Him..
Jesus is the Spirit of Life in your body, learn to release His Spirit into your body and be free all the way into heaven.

There is Peace in Jesus, he really Loves You and has given you peace. There are things to do to have this peace and it’s worth doing them. Imagine how it will be when you feel peace even in the CV flu, and all that the world tries to do. It’s real and it’s in you as a believer. I pray For Peace to be felt in You in Jesus.
Fear is a lying feeling that tries to make you agree with it so you are killed and destroyed. It’s a Spirit and it can’t get into heavenly realms ! Stay in the word, speak the word, live in the word and share it, then you will feel as God made you. satan will not be able to penetrate you and your life will be more stable and peace will increase, it’s a promise.
Matt 6:33 Seek first the Kingdom of God & His righteousness and all these things will be added to you. This is a great promise and God keeps his promises. All the things you and your family will need will be supplied when you really believe what God says.
It’s real, Isaiah 26:3 King James Version (KJV) · Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
Protection from the fears of the world come from believing the word of God in your heart. Remember this is the truth, we believe before we see, that’s faith and when you keep your eyes on Jesus you will be in peace. In Him is Love, in perfect Love fears are cast out.
We trust you Jesus with all our hearts and do not lean on our own understanding. You will make our paths straight , keep us safe from the afflictions and supply all our needs including our families and business.
It is possible to change your mind & find something confidently hopeful about circumstances. You do have a choice and whilst the facts may be terrible at times you have control over the thoughts. Looking at and thinking life giving thoughts is better than negatives. Can speaking encouraging words to help others help you to get through too? YES, it’s your personal choice.
God said to some people trying to enter heaven “go away” Knowing God can only be found by believing in your heart not only your head. He will help you, guide you & keep you in peace when your mind is stayed on him.
Many will wax cold, but not you. Your seeking the word and listening to other solid believers. Keep into His word and you will feel confidently hopeful and affect the lives of others, praise Jesus.
Two men with amputated legs had different thinking, one smiled & the other stayed in a pit of despair. Both had the same jobs, same family dynamics, same everything except one major thing, their thoughts!!! You have the same great opportunity.
Seek first the kingdom of God before anything else. Believe in your heart that what He says is true & you will be in His comfort.
The Joy of the Lord was the strength for Jesus and now you have it. Faith is the chosen way, no tranquillisers needed for you to be free and joy filled.
Faith without works is dead faith. God needs our faith to please Him. With active faith we will bring his kids home and live healthy & free in His Love.
Jesus knows you, he Loves you.. He wants everyone to know Him. What you believe is what you will receive. Jesus was perfect and now we are in this perfectness when you truly believe in your heart. Seek first the kingdom of God and all these things will be added… that’s fantastic news for you, your family, your business and everyone that meets you.
