In today’s episode we talked about the importance of listening to your body by getting more self-aware. We talked about how in order to achieve our goals we need to keep ourselves accountable by turning the work that needs to get done in order to get to our goals into habits. And lastly we talked about how setbacks WILL happen and that’s okay. Giving yourself grace is important because we know we don’t live a perfect world and that things will get tough. Lastly failure does not mean that you failed, It just means that you are one step closer to your goal.
