He works as a researcher doing research on various topics with a through-line of interest in psychometrics, and is currently working on early childhood prevention in a German federally funded research institute. Ansgar describes himself as a “Multi-Nerd” who is unironically enthusiastic about lots of nerdy topics and also just nerd communities itself. He is most involved in a community calling themselves “Nerdfighters.” Ansgar loves all kinds of games and is meddling in card game creation. He tries his best to stay in contact with both local and international friends around the world. In this episode, Ansgar shares with us the importance of embracing introversion beyond the binary and the wisdom of "nerd" communities.
