Intro for the sky walk:

Find a place that you're interested in wandering around in for an hour

Play the next track "Day 3 - Sky Walk"

After the track, find a place where you and the sky can dance. Film yourself responding to the audio track, in whatever what feels right.

The movement prompt for today's walk is: Listen fully, actively meet the story in a dance with your ears and mind. Embody fully, find the movement in the stories told, find the movement of the sky. Move your body in relation to the stories told. Move with the sky you are meeting with new views. Move with the views and the bodies in whom the views are contained, Recognize the insight in their unique view of what’s above us all.

Tune your spiderweb

Perceive the paths around you

Anchor yourself

Map your journey

Wander through memory

Remember

Brush your whiskers

Let the sun caress you

Let your shadow caress the world around

This score is about getting used to the technology, getting accustomed to your surroundings, reopening your curiosity and childish wonder with the world around you.

Sound clips of songs with walk/walking in the lyrics, a walkabies washup. How does the rapidly changes soundtrack affect your pacing, perception of the world around you, tone, narrative story potential, and emotional landscape? Soften your focus, energize and expand your perception to relish the walk and the sensory overload?

Can walking be enough? Can I find the dance if I just walk on and walk along!?

On this walk, commit to the present moment and the impulses of where to go. Abandon the logic and calculation of efficient pathways, or predetermined routes. Go where you want to go, do where your curiosity takes you. Get lost. Walk as far as you can return from. Can you ever return? Or when you return, is it ever the same as you left it?
