Moving into the new year with gratitude for God's constant presence in the past year and trust in His continued presence in the coming year.
Give yourself the permission to rest when you need to. Remember, rest is a gift from God. Let's pray.
Lord, help us to be disciples like Mama Mary. Let's pray for those who are separated from God and His Church, and for those who (rightly or not) feel responsible for this separation. Let's pray for healing and grace and hope and mercy and joy.
Ever feel like you're not enough? God says you are. Let Him love you in that space. Let's pray.
My grandson was reluctant to participate in Mass yesterday. Does that mean he is falling away from God??

It's too easy to get turned around and led in the wrong direction if you don't know where you want to go. Choose wisely, choose purposely, choose God.
God gave me this Psalm this morning. Please stand with me on it in faith and trust. May God's will be done. Also, please forgive the sudden volume increase in the middle of the recording. I had to stop and come back to it and ended up way too close to the mic. Oh, gosh!

God creates each of us willfully and purposely and lovingly. I am grateful for all of you. (And I wish I knew who originally said the quote in the episode title because I have loved it for many years -- though the original says I'm instead of you're.)
We all need help sometimes -- don't be too proud to ask for it. The enemy seeks to attack us when we are weakest. It's in those moments that we need to run straight to God. Whether it's in times of temptation or physical danger, sometimes we just can't fight alone -- our deliverer is the Lord. Let's humble ourselves and ask for His help.

God used my dog, Natascja, to teach me a beautiful lesson in surrender and peace. I always knew she was a Godsend! ❤

My mom texted to say that my uncle, her eldest brother, is possibly near the end of his earthly life. She asked for prayer for him. Please join me as we pray. (Recorded April 10, 2021) EDITED TO ADD: I kept this episode unpublished because, as you can hear, it's totally unpolished (due to the fact that I am truly a beginner at this whole podcasting world). It's now June 1, 2021 and my uncle, by God's grace, is still with us and still needs prayer. I am publishing the episode now, such as it is, because God says it's time.
