Hey y'all! This is the final episode of Creation to Christ in College. Here, Ella takes us through some simple steps to becoming a Christian and how we can live differently going forward.

Today, Jordan discusses how our identity is ultimately found in Christ alone and how our purpose is threefold: to "worship by the Spirit of God and glory in Christ Jesus and put no confidence in the flesh" (Phil. 3:3). She also shares her journey on finding the answer to the question "Who am I?" and how she really needed to be asking the question "Whose am I?" Tune in to hear more!

Today, Jordan discusses the answer to the question, Who Defines Our Purpose, and Why? She shares and discusses the story of Adam and Eve in Genesis; Ruth, Naomi, and Boaz in Ruth; and Jesus crucifixion and resurrection in the Gospels as evidence for why we should look to God as the definer of our purpose. God was willing to endure the cross for us, promising Adam and Eve that He would from the moment they sinned. He shows it through His merciful caretaking, His incredible provision and working all things together for our good, and His love for us in His incredible death and resurrection. We have a God - the one True God - who loves us deeply and has defined a purpose for all of our lives. We hope you trust that it’s a good purpose, the best purpose - it’s the best because He’s a merciful, gracious, and good God.
Hey y'all! In this episode, Ella takes us through Isaiah 53, one example of the countless Messianic prophesies of the Old Testament. This concludes the first part of the Creation to Christ series. Next episode, we will be transitioning to studying the life and death of Jesus Christ.
Today, Jordan discusses in an extra-long episode the answers to whether our lives have a purpose and what our lives' meaning is. Think back to this series' central Bible verse, "For we are the circumcision, who worship by the Spirit of God and glory in Christ Jesus and put no confidence in the flesh" (Philippians 3:3), this episode discusses aspects of how we are "the circumcision" - what comes along with being a human made by God in His image, a human Jesus died and rose again for, and a human through which God can do wonderful things. Our lives have meaning because of these three qualities. When we see that our lives have inherent meaning, we then see that our lives have a purpose, and we can further our discussion of what exactly our life's purpose is.

You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you. These things I command you, so that you will love one another."
