Mental illness and disorders can be difficult to talk about, but we believe that in talking about them - especially our own stories - we may somehow be able to contribute to removing the stigma around the topic and hopefully eventually normalize it. Here in this episode, we do a deep dive into our experiences and talk about the possible issues that contributed to our struggles with mental illness. Hopefully through our stories, we can show others that anyone can be dealing with their own mental health issues, that it's not something to be ashamed about, and that you're not alone in dealing with them if you are also going though your own struggles.

Imposter syndrome is often experienced by many of us, but not a lot know how to overcome it or help someone who may be going through it. The "fake it till you make it" mindset has probably gotten us through some situations, but there may come a time when it just doesn't work anymore and you're left being very anxious about what's to come.
