Think about that, is there any red light districts in your country? Will you treat them equally as those white-collar workers or stare at them with discrimination?
It's a global issue that we should all be aware of, including me, including us. Although Red Light Industry is not close to our daily life, we should all admit that many workers utilize this as a tool to make ends meet.

It’s a great honor to invite Joy (I’ve mentioned her a bit earlier in the very beginning of this season), the Buddies without borders Club President, to have a bit chat with me today!!! Just like I mentioned, BWB club is a huge platform, or we said a place for people form different cultural backgrounds to exchange ideas. Also, pandemic becomes significantly severe in Taiwan recently, so let's hope for the best!!!
Hi pals, welcome back to Chirizon. First of all, I would like to tell you about the recent news that happened in Taiwan. And then, I’ll share a story with you guys. Just to clarify, these news are cited from Taiwan news.com, due on April 4th.
I‘ve watched a Korean Drama called 25 21, and it’s a Netflix drama consisting of 16 episodes. What I really like about this film is the smartest student in it called Chi Sheng-Wan was striving to cope with the physical punishment in the 2000s, while teachers kept doing these abusive movements that really annoyed her. Ultimately, she was given suspension because of her righteous behavior.
Not only the14th, all 17 SDGs goals are important for the world!!! Today, I’m going to talk about SDGs set up by the United Nations in 2015. Till 2030, the UN is striving to deal with all sorts of problems around the world. Including no poverty, quality education, climate action and so on, the UN and the world are all willing to help billions of people have their rights to be human beings. Among those goals, the one that has attracted me for a long time is the 14th SDGs, Life Below Water. Life below water, meanwhile, is the announcement to protect the marine creatures. This SDGs is focusing on the welfare of marine creatures and the whole system down below the water surface. Animal protection, water conservation, and all the other significant movements are now carried out and implemented in order to accomplish. In recent years, the ocean and also, the rivers, had been polluted due to human activities and chemical damage. Therefore, people were forced to take the consequences of damaging the ocean such as drinking polluted water and unfresh seafood. It made lots of people notice that the pollution must be solved and can’t be neglected. People all around the world manage to use less energy and start to reproduce the endangered species in the ocean. For the fishers, most of them started to use nets made by green materials, making those tools decomposed and sustainable. For the governments, countries like Australia and Norway are all aware of the severance and are setting up new policies to limit the dishonest factories and companies. Being a high school student, I want to make an effort to make the SDGs more achievable, too. Unexpectedly, what we do in our daily life is so important that we can’t imagine. Such small actions such as turn off the lights when leaving, or put a water bottle in your toilet tank. Those may be really unremarkable, but if we do them with perseverance , the world can become a better place. People usually ignore the problem when they’re not seeing them. However, it’s time for us to protect our mother ocean, and the animals that we love. Organizations such as GreenPeace and IWC are all managing to do Marine Conservation. Thus, it’s our responsibility to ensure these environments are safe. (Correction: with perseverance)
