A Quest was undertaken many years ago by serious and dedicated researchers to prove the existence of an animal commonly known as Sasquatch or Bigfoot. The scientific community refuses to recognize the great amounts of circumstantial evidence that has been put forth. However, the undeniable and conclusive proof may be as near as tomorrow. And so, the Quest continues...
It's now been over three years, thirty eight months to be exact, since the Bigfoot Quest radio show first debuted on the BlogTalkRadio network. During our time here, Bob and I have really enjoyed hosting this show and truly consider it an honor to have been able to do so for as long as we have! We always did our best to bring our listeners an interesting, informative and entertaining experience with every new show we aired. But it is said that all good things must eventually come to an end, and our show here on BTR is no exception to this rule.
Over these past three plus years on BTR we’ve had some great guests that have helped make this show a success and we’ve also enjoyed the support of our listening audience. If not for all our guests that have been gracious enough to accept our invitation and find the time to appear on this show and our loyal listeners who join us in our chat room Tuesday nights or download and listen to the show through the archives, this show would not be possible! So in gratitude Bob and I want to say a heart felt thank you to all of you who have made Bigfoot Quest possible and hope many of you will join us our final live show chat this coming Tuesday night!
So please join your hosts Bob Coyne and Mike Killen one last time for this special farewell to BTR show! We invite our listeners to take a final walk down memory lane with us as we look back over the last thirty eight months of the Bigfoot Quest radio show. If you have a special remembrance about a specific guest or show topic from one of our past shows, we’d love to have you call in to talk about it with us on this final show.

Team NESRA had some luck on this latest expedition as one team member had a brief sighting of "an upright figure" through his Gen 2 night vision goggles while conducting a night op with two other team members approx one mile out from base camp. In addition to this "soft wood taps" were heard close to the night observation post before the sighting took place. This is sure to be an interesting and entertaining show you won't want to miss! If you can, please join us in our live show chat. It's always a lot of fun and we love to interact live with our listeners.

Using various baiting methods they hope to entice one or more creatures in close enough to someday obtain "multiple sources of video footage that will stand up to the utmost scrutiny". If you're able, please join us in our show chat room. It's always a lot of fun and we love to interact live with our listeners.

His interest in the subject of Bigfoot began in 1963 while he was a studying wildlife management at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada. Though interested in learning more, he didn’t begin his field research efforts until 1975 when his family moved from Ontario to British Columbia. Dr Bindernagel and his wife found and cast tracks in 1988 and he believes these creatures do in fact inhabit the forests of North America. Ten years later in 1998 his first book on the subject, North America’s Great Ape: the Sasquatch, was published. Please join your hosts Bob Coyne and Mike Killen as we discuss the possibility that the creatures known as Bigfoot and Sasquatch might be making markers of tree limbs/branches and rocks. Many people have found unusual looking stick/limb and rock formations in the forests all over North America. Are these markers of some type created by these creatures? If so, what could they possibly mean? We'll be taking phone calls and comments from our chat room to ponder the possible answers to these questions and more. If you are able, please join us in our chat room. It's always fun and we love to interact live with our listeners.

Your hosts are Bob Coyne and Mike Killen. This week we celebrate the dawning of the new year on New Years Eve and we all look forward wondering in anticipation what the new year will bring for us. But as we celebrate the beginning of the new year we also want to look back and remember the year that was 2008. As always we all have many different memories from this past year. Many of these memories are happy though some are sure to be sad as well, but life goes on. So in the spirit of looking back on the past and due in large part to a conversation I had with Kelly (known as squatchbiatch13 in chat), this week in chat lets have some fun with old pictures. Of course participation in completely voluntary, but I hope that many of you who are regulars in Bigfoot Quest chat will join in the fun with us. I would like for everyone (who is interested) to change their avatar pictures for the night and post a picture of yourself from the 80's. Most of you still remember the 80's don't you? The days when hard rock/heavy metal music, culture and fashion ruled supreme. The good 'ole days of big hair, wild clothes and all night parties. I think we can all have a lot of fun checking out and commenting on all the pics of the chat users from back then. So pull out all those old pics and find one that just screams "this was the 80's" and post it as your chat avatar this week. For those of you who were too young to remember the '80's', baby pictures will do.
Thanks,
Mike
