Day One focusses on what ignites people to make health a priority. Their inspiration, challenges, and setbacks.

We invite Sarah, a personal trainer and NCCP weightlifting coach (in training), to talk about how her approach to fitness has changed since becoming a first-time mom. For Sarah, it turns out there were a couple of Day Ones during the sometimes unpredictable nature of pregnancy. She talks about:
