Best Way To Play & EARN In Splinterlands With $50!
Want to know the best way to play and earn in Splinterlands? And I mean PLAY and EARN. I'm not discussing boring things like staking and liquidity pools. This video is to help those who actually want to dive deep into the gameplay of Splinterlands and earn. Here is what my plan is on my $50 account to actually play Splinterlands and earn over time what I would consider a good amount of money.
Yes the ranked rewards and bronze level play are a mess right now in Splinterlands, I think the team even admits that which is why they have changes upcoming. Rather than wait and stop playing for now, what can we do instead to earn and have fun in Splinterlands?
Tournaments Are The Key Yes most tournaments for new players will be out of reach, either because of staking/power requirements, or just not having a strong enough deck. However even for $50 we can compete in novice tournaments with no legendaries. The $50 will be half spent in staking some SPS, and the other half to buy up the Chaos Legion epics.
With this tactic I show in the video some estimates of what we could achieve as we grow and get better in Splinterlands tournaments. Hope you enjoy!

How to "Crush It" in Bronze Tournaments #1
Players have been requesting that I do a series on tournament strats for Splinterlands. Right now I mostly play in Bronze and Silver tournaments as that is where my deck can compete.
Today I'm going over one of the most overpowered summoners for bronze tournaments, Mylor. You can use him in ever tournament except for Chaos Legion only tournaments.
In the video I show you how to set up different strategies and how he is not only a great counter to melee but also to magic. Range can counter Mylor but there aren't as many strong range comps in Bronze in my opinion. This makes Mylor one of the most effect summoners in your tournament play.

A Community Split
Lately it seems like the Splinterlands community has been pretty split about the upcoming changes. Either people still love the project, direction and the team behind Splinterlands. Others have gotten more frustrated, upset and even angry at the team and community.
This video is an attempt to add my voice to the conversation and hopefully help guide the discussion. Everyone will have to form their own opinons and make their own decisions about how things are going. Personally even though I believe there are issues within Splinterlands, I still enjoy the game and believe in the team's direction. However I know not everyone will come to that conclusion which is why I talk about legit reasons why you may choose to move on to a different NFT gaming project.

I Used Bots In Splinterlands for Two Weeks! My Results Show This...
Three accounts used as bots in Splinterlands to farm bronze 2 rewards. Based on these results and estimates for Silver bots as well, we can form opinions on whether or not Splinterlands bots are really ruining the economy of the game.

Why I did this Typically I have been a player that has been against bots being in any play to earn game. However the conversation around bots has been so big that I finally decided it was time to collect some data on it. After seeing some of the disappointing results I recieved from botting my alt accounts, I can see the changes being made by the Splinterlands team as being more effective. Especially if they help prevent bots from earning to many reward chests without the starter cards.
I'll continuing monitor some bot data as the team continues to make changes. If you have any statics from botting let me know and I can add them to the report to get more accurate results.

Why is DEC Still Going Down in Price?
DEC price in Splinterlands continues to fall! The main reason for it is that the SPS airdrop is coming to a close with just over 100 days left. As the airdrop continues to move closer to the end, a lot of people see this as an opportunity to convert DEC to SPS, cards, or other assets instead of holding it for the airdrop points.

HODL, Sell or Liquidity Pool? PKM Tokens and What To Do With Them!
PeakMonsters has made a crypto token called PKM that is being airdropped to users of the PeakMonsters Splinterlands market site. This video will help you decide if you should sell them, keep them or provide to the PKM:SPS liquidity pool to get free rewards.

Conclusion

The scores are designed to favor newer games and games that are climbing the charts this week. This is not to say these are the absolute best nft games for 2022, but the hottest this week according to the charts. Today we are looking at another upcoming NFT play to earn game called ZiberBugs. ZiberBugs is an early project with an indie development team that is looking to create an auto battler that has gameplay somewhat like TFT. They are making the game on the Cardano blockchain and hope to build a game that is first and foremost fun. There will be earning aspects with a two token system, tournaments, and breeding bug NFTs. However they have also put a lot of thought into adding ways to burn tokens and NFTs which is good, as most play to earn games inflate to a point where the game crashes.

Today I wanted to look at how fast Chaos Legion packs are selling and how long it will take at this rate to sell out of the packs.
The too long didnt watch version of this...
• Chaos legion packs are selling about 15-20k a day the last two weeks.
• If 20k packs sold a day maintains as the average, it will take just over a year to sell out all the packs.
• Things happening such as a crypto bull run, land being implemented, and player base increase due to marketing, could potentially increase the average back to 50K a day. Even at that rate it's still another 150 days til packs sell out.
• I think a health expectation would be 6 months or so until packs sell out.
Pros of packs taking a while to sell out
• New splinterlands players can get into the game and experience pack opening
• Keeps prices low for a while for us Krills to accumulate assets in Splinterlands for the next potential bull run
• More potential cards for the market can help newer players get into the game without spending a ton of money
Cons
• Legendary summoner airdrops will take some time to reach
• Our current card prices probably won't appreciate much until packs sell out
• Those who bought packs to hodl and resell will have to wait a while before they can profit.
