My Lawyer and I were “invited” back to participate in two more interviews on two separate days with the public prosecutor and finanzamt investigators. Afterwards, there is mostly silence. What do we do to survive the time in between? What happens after the silence is broken?
After the surprise visit from T&S, my friends followed through and contacted my lawyer, The prosecutor is convinced to interview me. Lets see what transpires during that process...

The lawyer arranges for an oral hearing for the pre-trail detention judge to reconsider the decision to enforce an arrest warrant. We also receive word from the prosecutor regarding the letter I wrote in response to the one I had received.
I was left on tenterhooks for a little over 2 weeks and finally, the translated version of the arrest warrant arrived. It was time to dive right into the specificity of what had been written...
