Life is overwhelming. Giving up alcohol is especially overwhelming. When you mix Life with trying to remain alcohol free, it can be difficult, especially at first. Let's talk about setting ourselves up for success, and ways to avoid and manage overwhelm... so we don't hit the easy button and reach for alcohol.

Last week, I couldn't get an episode out because I was in Florida on VACATION with my family and without alcohol. I'll dish out some tips for avoiding alcohol while on vacation, YES it can be done.
