Why do musicians change their names?**Singers and musicians change their names for a variety of reasons. Sometimes they go with nicknames because it was what they were commonly known to friends. Some because their real names do not have the same weight as others in the industry. Whatever the reason here are some of the artist who found a reason to go by a more suitable name.

A look at another great album from the early 1970s, Tapestry by Carole King. Just about everyone who is a fan of her music has a copy of the album. A look at the fictional radio station set in Cincinnati, The 70’s sitcom that gave us the biggest collection music. Amid the craziness of the show the audience is treat to both new and old music.
There are a number of songs that do not fit their titles. The title simply is not to be found in the lyric. I do not have the answer for why. However, lets take a look at just a few of those songs. that never mention the title in the lyrics.

This is the same man who wrote such great albums as; Piano Man, An Innocent Man and River of Dreams. Each track collectively form one well crafted album

The month of February is Black History Month. A time when we look at Afro American Culture and history. Their contributions and their struggles. A chance to learn some of the things they did not teach in school. The pieces of a rich tapestry of the culture. So let’s look at one aspect, the music.
