Poor ergonomics is one of the biggest issues that lead to practitioner pain and work-related injuries. Reduce your risk by setting yourself up for success, even if it's one piece at a time. Try new things, make mistakes, learn from them, and keep finding what works for you!

On this episode, we talk in detail about 3 big things:

  1. Setting your room up for you (your equipment, pt chair, equipment, etc)
  2. Find & sustain neutral posture positioning
  3. Patient Positioning & Sequencing

You won't want to miss this one!

Leanne Higgs is a Registered Dental Hygienist born on a farm in Melville Saskachewan Canada. At the age of 15, Leanne decided she wanted to be a dental hygienist.
