On today's episode, we're teaming up with Urban Strategies Council to bring more awareness to the opioid crisis, and the stigmas that surround it. Learning safe steps you or a loved one can take to better protect yourself. Our hosts Estela & Snowy share personal experiences, thoughts, and resources along with our guests Jocelyn Gama & Stephanie Cajina from Elevate Youth California. We also discuss an upcoming event, August 27th Urban Strategies Council is putting together an event for Overdose Awareness Day 2022 in partnership with Youth Opioid Response CA, In Your Corner Alameda County Probation department and NCAPDA to bring awareness to overdose and the opioid epidemic.
