With the pressures of existing in our current society, it is important to take a step back to check in with ourselves. It is fairly easy to feel like we are losing a grip on our thoughts and emotions if we don’t constantly and intentionally put in the work of monitoring & managing our mental state as we would any other aspect in our lives. This is not medical advice but a few things I have incorporated in my daily routine to assist me in staying emotionally and mentally afloat. I share this with the hope of reaching someone who may know WHAT needs to be done to set their healing journey into motion but may not necessarily know HOW to do so.

Hello friends! I just thought it would be nice to share my moment of gratitude that struck me unexpectedly this morning. It was not the initially planned second episode for the podcast but I felt it in my spirit to record and share my brief insight on my journey with God and how it hasn’t always been linear but it’s been worth it. Enjoy. Until next time, love and light.
