Have you ever felt your throat tighten up when your try to perform or while your trying to speak up for yourself? I know I have and today I share what I learned along my journey to finding ease in my relationships with people and with music.

Man! has my life taken different turns because I listened to doubt more than trusting myself to step out and be playful with my gifts and abilities. I see now what gets to change in me and be in a new space and perspective to face my fears with Divine Trust that every little thing is going to be alright.
A few small ways I’ve learned along my journey to move through doubt, learn the lesson it was meant to teach, and take purposeful steps out of my struggle with depression.
