Carpet Time Confessions is a space curated for teachers to have open and honest conversations about their teaching experiences. Every week, join hosts Deja & Tyler as we interview teachers allowing them to share their thoughts on the education system and how it has affected their teaching career.
Déjà & Tyler close out season 2 with a discussion around the pressure to perform that is felt throughout the education system. They talk about pressure from the teacher, student, and administrator level and brainstorm ways to mitigate it.
