You have to be the one to speak positivity over your life and expect the best outcome, regardless of how you get there. Things happen, have happened, and will happen, but it’s how you deal with them that decides how you can use your present to be the person you have always dreamed of being.
Know that you are the best version of you now, and that your perception of yourself is what controls how your life will unfold.

You Are Not Your Trauma| Use Your Past as Fuel for Your Future
It’s Time to Talk Trauma!
In this podcast I talk about how identifying with your trauma is holding you back from true healing, self-love and aligning with your highest reality. So many times, we allow our past to dictate our current actions because we do not feel deserving of something better than our present circumstances.
But you must forgive yourself for the hurt, pain and decisions you made. You must shine a light on your shadows and release that energy. It is hard to let go of the old, but it is the only way to bring in new. Once you know that you are no longer that version of you, and that who you are now is the only thing that exists, then you are aligned with your highest good.

In today’s podcast I talk about your ability to change the way you view yourself and your goals. We have been taught to believe that our goals and dreams are so far away and are close to impossible.
When you redefine the words that you use and how they impact your life, it causes you to shift your perspective. You must allow yourself to believe in you and take your time to get to where you desire to be.
This journey is not a race, and it is your first time undertaking a task for yourself, by yourself. Have compassion for you, because you are going to “fail” along the way, but we learn a lot more from failure than we do success.

Building Your Temple| Stand Strong & Take a Chance on You
It’s Time to Talk Building!
In today’s podcast I talk about the importance of building a foundation for yourself outside of those around you. So many times we find ourselves caught up in what other’s require out of us, what we may think we want and also stressed because of our own expectations.
I want you to know that stepping out on faith and belief in yourself is important. But you have to have a strong foundation within. There are going to be obstacles that come your way, not just in the physical but also within your own mind and it is how you deal with them that determine the outcome.
Understand that there are people around you that will help you to realize your potential, whether that is through support or their lack of trust and belief in your abilities. But when you follow your heart and your spirit and trust that wherever you are guided will not steer you wrong, then you are on the path that you designed for yourself.
