Unveiling truth through dialogue with Kat. Unfiltered. Pop culture, politics, philosophy and psychology. Guaranteed to stretch your existing beliefs.
In this episode, I talk about how to heal the father wound, no matter how fractured or imperfect things may be. I talk faith, the importance of healing your relationship with God first, and the radical way in which this will transform your life - just like it did mine.

Are you a "sensitive person" or do you pride yourself on being "unaffected" and "chilled"?
In this episode, I talk about how "sensitivity" is not sensitivity at all - it is simply a heightened awareness. But, define heightened? Heightened by whose standards? Shouldn't we all be striving for awareness? The standard for thinking is so low in our society, than anything remotely "deep" is considered problematic. Many "sensitive" people have internalised the belief that there is something wrong with them. There's not.
And for those of you who subscribe to others being "too sensitive" - this episode is worth a listen for you too. Often times we use the cover of "too sensitive" to neglect and repress our own inner emotional world - which isn't good - if you care about Truth.

The Whatever Podcast is a dating talk podcast that featuresa roundtable discussion with diverse young women (and sometimes men) about what it's like to be single in today's modern world. The catch? They typically bring on Only Fans women and red pill men. What could go wrong?
The clips from the show have gone insanely viral in the last few months - begging the question - is this show (and shows like it, e.g. Fresh & Fit) doing more harm than good?
In this episode, I share my unfiltered thoughts on the morality of a show like this, while also incorporating some snippets from the Pod. If you haven't seen the show, don't worry! You'll be able to follow easily and get a glimpse into the types of media dominating "conservative" circles.

How does someone who is pro-dialogue and critical thinking (yet not religious) define Truth? How does seeking Truth, change your conception of God? What can we learn from biblical symbolism and Christ himself?
In this episode, Richard Jackson from Common Ground Conversations (a pro-dialogue + critical thinking project that has taken Youtube by a storm) sits down and explores free speech, the meaning of Truth, his changing conceptions of God and the beauty of biblical symbolism. If you like going down the rabbit hole into philosophical ideas - then strap in!

In this episode, I talk about the Paradox of Truth - why is it that what we resist, persists? Why is it that we receive in giving? Why is it that life is cherished, only because of death? I talk bible symbolism and the psychological reality of paradox (like how by feeling the depths of pain, we feel the heights of love).

In this episode of Kat Unfiltered, after months of practicing surrender and watching the miracles unfold - I discuss how surrender is not admitting defeat - but the courage to bring your pains & desires to something higher than yourself. I do a deep dive into common pitfalls of surrender (for example - how some people use surrender as a form of spiritual bypassing to circumvent their feelings all together) as well as the psychological and spiritual utility of surrender. I refer to Jung's theory of the integrated personality and explore how surrender can help us merge the conscious with the unconscious. I leave you with a few practical tips for the practice and look forward to hearing how you cultivate surrender.

In this episode of Kat Unfiltered, I share my thoughts on Chat GPT and AI. I discuss tech geniuses and their personalities from a psychological perspective, how their desire to "live forever" and create technological God's is dangerous, and the Bible symbolism of technology and man's fall from grace.

Introducing a new series: Kat's Thoughts! In this series - I casually deliver my unfiltered thoughts on pertinent topics. These topics can be anything ranging from psychology to something in the culture. In this episode, I talk about some of the benefits (and cons) of conservative media in the culture - along with their respective personalities (Candace Owens, Ben Shapiro) etc. I try to ultimately address how conservative media could be better and hopefully - I haven't shot myself in the foot while doing so!
Link to Candace Owens commenting on adaptive clothing for disabled women
P.s. I was unable to find the full clip on Youtube. I also don't agree with corporate virtue signalling. However - is it ultimately a bad thing that SKIMS is creating adaptive underwear for disabled women, regardless of their intention? Absolutely not. Nuance here would do wonders.

In this episode, Martine and I discuss the desperately needed NUANCE behind the question "What is a High Value Woman"? The bedrock of anything "high value" will always be virtue. So, which virtues must a woman cultivate to be considered high value? What does a high value man look for? We discuss the difference between little girl consciousness and that of a woman's, the art of feminine surrender, and how using God (as a manifestation of the masculine principle/as a masculine frame) can help women step into true femininity.

In this episode, I discuss the importance of experiencing the emotion of guilt. You might think you feel guilty - but how quickly do you try to block or avoid this experience? Is it possible you have "left over" guilt resting in your subconscious? Yes, we all do. I explore how this unfelt guilt can influence our personality and worldviews and ultimately deprive ourselves of living in accordance with what's True.

In this episode, I discuss the high prevalence of ADHD and possible root causes. There is no biomarker for ADHD - as it stands ADHD is a cluster of symptoms. The only way to diagnose ADHD is to exclude other conditions and to self-report symptoms. I take you on a deep dive into the role of attachment theory and trauma, unconscious anxiety, environment (think iPhone's, advertising, apps, engineered candy bars) and dopamine deficit states in order to understand what might be causing ADHD symptoms. I also explore the idea that those with ADHD may have different temperaments. I give you profound and nuanced tools to heal these different areas of the "ADHD pie".

In this episode, I share my personal story of how my desire to understand what was right and wrong, led me to become obsessed with psychology - and why this ultimately failed. I also share how "truth seeking" is the most underrated yet powerful tool for personal development that exists on this earth.
In this episode, Margarita Nazarenko and I discuss masculine and feminine energy + polarity, why femininity is a gift and how embodying it can serve your relationship. We also discuss how things like indoctrination + trauma have left women (and men) struggling to own their true nature.

In this episode, I discuss how resistance to feeling causes almost all of our inner turmoil. From mental health conditions like anxiety, all the way to full blown personality disorders - most can be explained by the psychological defences we erect to resist having to experience our feelings.

In this episode, I discuss how family, friends and society in general encourage "lazy thinking". Our brains are naturally wired to detect patterns in our environment, to discern and to see. However, we are often labelled "judgemental" or an "over-thinker" when we openly admit the patterns that we see. It's this very type of thinking that leads us to betray ourselves and our wider communities.

In this episode, I discuss the morality of abortion and how I believe that should impact the legality (if at all). This is a complicated issue. I don't claim to be an expert. But I do think that this is a topic we need to engage in intellectually and spiritually through dialogue. A few caveats.. I think late term abortion should absolutely be illegal. And, I don't classify treatment for miscarriages, ectopic pregnancies or other life threatening conditions as abortion (technically these aren't abortions).
