On this week's episode, Andy interviews Natalie Meadows of BGT Staffing, a woman-owned temporary staffing agency in Knoxville, TN. Natalie graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Communications and started her career in marketing and account management. Natalie had her start in the staffing industry in Knoxville in 2005.
