Kaur Voices is a space to evoke the Core Voices within us and around us, to give power to those who have been silenced and to empower each other through sharing our stories. The heart of Kaur Voices is to give every voice a choice to be heard in a space that is welcoming and non-judgemental.

Jasvir Kaur Rababan is an expert in the ancient practice of Naad Yoga (Sikh Music Therapy) with a passion for helping people to heal through their trauma. She established Kaur Voices to help change the mindset that society approaches traumatic experiences and mental illnesses with. Kaur Voices is a show that focuses on arming the public with the tools required to survive the many hurdles present in a society that aims to prevent individuals from reaching their full potential.
