Katara welcomes you into her world of practical magick, ancient wisdoms for modern times and living shamanism. Katara helps you bring magick to life and live to your sacred purpose and place.
We work with the teachings of nature, magick, cycles and stories. She hopes to help you find your truth by inviting you to bring your stories to the transformation alter, healing by rewriting these stories and teaching you the connection with your true nature and all of Nature.
Katara talks about what the work of 'sacred circles' means to her and why she's passionate about the work. Some may call them ceremonial circles, medicine circles, women's circles of course - and council work. Sacred circles is one of the pathways to connecting with soul and spirit, where we can leave our ordinary day to day and drop into a space where we can practice sacred speech and sacred listening, where the speaking and listening is from the heart.

Katara humbly introduces herself and how it's been a journey to Becoming Katara Sky.
It's more than just a name...it's the expression of what she embodies as this current expression of herself.
As a first generation born in Canada, her parents immigrated from China in the early 80's. It was a childhood that felt challenging, she always felt different. Perhaps things really started to take a big turn when she answered the call to adventure in 2010 and Katara moved to the Middle East. After a decade living on the other side of the world, she realised that the most important home she was actually looking for was coming home to herself.
Listen to Katara sharing a bit of her spiritual journey thus far. As the late Ram Dass said, "We are all just walking each other home."
