Hear her heart: Recent Episodes

The Franca Idera

Welcome to the hear her heart series with thefrancaidera. A while ago, I was in a dark phase, so I would record voice memos of what was going through my mind but somehow in the process, God started to speak through me to me. This really helped me navigate a lot of seasons in my life so much that it has become a part of me. Sometimes the pain hurts deeply and hits differently because there is a purpose to it. I believe this is the purpose to my pain, at least one of it. Some episodes would lift your spirit during the day, some will soothe you into sleep. Hear my heart, I hope it speaks to you

The “Life from her view: the power of the mind” episode feels very personal to me, it was my first voice diary entry, on the 16th April, 2021, before then I was used to writing in my diary, but early that morning on that day, I woke up with a heavy heart, I had a lot of emotions bottled down that I just wanted to voice it out. My life wasn’t going the way I wanted, it seemed like life was against me, but the funniest thing happened as I would speak, I found myself saying life is beautiful. In the midst of what was the most difficult period of my life at the time, somewhere in my subconscious, I still believed that life is good. I had this unexplainable peace in the storm, that represented God’s presence with me. The way the words seamlessly flowed through me that day, made me hopeful of better days ahead. If you need what would calm you in the day and soothe you into a peaceful sleep at night this episode is for you. Hear my heart, I hope it speaks to you.

Disclaimer: The initial intended purpose of the hear her heart series was just to be my personal voice diary, so it’s not your regular podcast, it’s just me vulnerably pouring out my heart, uncensored and unfiltered, sometimes there would be background noise, I apologize in advance, some episodes will make you sad, some will lift your spirit, some will speak to you, some will be a complete snooze fest, so snooze alert😂. Anyway, hear my heart, I hope it speaks to you and doesn’t bore you out
