Major General Alli Kiiza is the luckiest of soldiers. As a member of the Uganda Airforce since 1966, he has been at first hand for it all. From violent changes of government in the 1970s to the famous tactical hostage rescue, Operation Thunderbolt, by Israeli commandos at Entebbe Airport.
