Before Bill Barton became a real estate investor, he had a W-2 job doing sales for a tech company. Bill’s interest in investing started when a coworker introduced him to the world of real estate investing.

After a stalled start, ten years later, Bill joined the DFW Real Estate Investing Club and started going every Sunday to learn about real estate investing. There, he gained as much knowledge as he could without being hands on and actually owning real estate.

Now, Bill mainly deals in rental properties, and he owns his own property management company for his properties.
