Boundaries are the bargaining chip for all we will accept in our lives, NOT what we won’t. You can only attract, what we agree to stand for.
It took me a long time to realise this. In this podcast are golden nuggets we can all incorporate in our lives. As things keep shifting in society, so must we; however our boundary wall may need to be built on unshakable foundation.

Doubt, that feeling of uncertainty, the wavering of authenticity in your goals and dreams for your future self. Doubt is an emotion that creates fear. Discernment is the key to self-reflection when we want to change our direction in life. Whether it is a new job, a career move, or buying a new house or car, whatever avenue you wish to take will require a new version of you.

I had the privilege and the opportunity of narrating a poem I wrote, during my time of healing, for black history month in Miami Florida.
I am a storyteller, I am a powerful enzyme - to digest what’s inside and bring out the purity of your power. God has put me here to break down what’s inside of you, so you can see your greatness.
Feed the seed within you consistently to produce a tree, to serve the world your fruit, Dr Myles Munroe.
I stand here reliving my break out to my breakthrough, and in the words of Maya Angelou, I stand here on the backs of many, I bring all the people that have ever loved me with me [end quote] and those I hold in high esteem. I have turned my vulnerability into victory!

I can't think of a better way to express how some people can make you feel, especially when all you want to do is create a better life for yourself. Accept what you have and who you are, and work within the confines of these blessings. Work the truth from where you are, and create a beautiful presence. Just be. This is how I just be.
