Be with Now
Unlike the past, I decided to make no resolutions for the next year. Instead of planning, I decided to let the future unfold and accept it the way it is. Just being in the present moment. As it's said " a moment gone, is gone forever", living with that reverence for each passing second. Then what to do with a nonstop chattering mind? Here comes the challenge. But like all challenges, it also has an underlying strength and more than that: the support of a deeper state of consciousness. Though without any resolution, this has still created a newer version of me, a new self!
