But I did my due diligence to research about this assessment and I found some tips that will really help you to Pass the assessment and move on to the Video Interview Part of the interview Process.

Hey guys welcome to the Rough Air Podcast.

Before we dive in, I want to invite you listen the part 1 of this episode. This espisode is part II, so if you want to have a full understanding of the episode I would recommend go and listen to it.

In the first episode I spoke about the things that you need to do before going into the flight attendant training such as organizing your relationships and you financial situations and then I spoke about some tips that will help you to successfully pass the training.

In today's episode, I wanted to address the rest of the tips including a personal experience that I had when I was in my own flight attendant training.

• The first tip is make sure that you get some rest during training:

It is pretty easy to forget about ourselves when we are in the flight attendant training. I would also say that it is normal to put our health in a second place, third and for some a the very last place of the priority list during training. But when we don't give our body the proper rest, we wont be able to perform at our best and learn in the best way we can. so that is why in this episode I stress the fact that you need to set some time for you to rest during training.

• The second tip was about the things that you need to consider when selecting your base:

Your base is going to be where all of your trips will be originating from. So that is why I fully recommend thinking about this three elements before choosing your base.

1. How many flights do your home airport have for your
2. How long does it take you to get to your base.
3. How easy it's for you to gain seniority in that particular base.

Your base will be awarded by seniority; Whoever is the oldest in your training class gets the most senior number.

• The last tip is Stay out of Trouble:

Make sure that you stay out trouble. I truly recommend not drinking in the hotel lobby where you have been placed. That hotel has airline employees that are there just to observe everything that happens there. Also make sure that you careful with the information that you share with you classmates especially with your roommate. You don't know who might be there training to become a Inflight Service Manager.

I really hope that this last episode of the two part series can bring a better understanding of the flight attendant training and all you need to know to fully prepare and succeed during training.

The Flight Attendant Interview is a very lengthy and stressful process. It becomes more stressful when after you took the time to prepare you walk out of the face to face without a CJO in hand. That is really hard breaking and sad. I know that because I was there multiple time and it was a very dark moment for me that I don't want to repeat. So when I tell I know where you coming from, believe me that I know exactly the feeling.

But, beating yourself up for that getting it is not the solution, or quitting, or just giving up on your dream of becoming a flight attendant is the best approach either. So This Episode will dress 3 steps that I am pressure will help you stand back up, reapply and come back to game.

Si bien es cierto que las relaciones en general son complicadas, para una persona homosexual es aun mas complicada ya que no hay parametros sociales que nos indiquen que pasos a seguir como referente de una relacion entre dos personas en la sociedad.
