Mike is an entrepreneur, author, real estate trainer, public speaker, and personal coach with a strong, personal resilience, and deep desire to help others live an extraordinary life. He has coached hundreds of real estate investors to fulfill their dreams.
Michael began as a general contractor in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago with $5 mm in annual revenue. He sold his company and then took some time off to decide what to do next. Michael entered the real estate industry as a sales agent building a team of age ents and support staff that produced over $20 mm per year in sales production. In 2005, Michael started a private equity firm, raising $18 mm in private equity and acquired $60 mm in multi-family apartments including 4,000 units in five different US markets. As part of the company’s growth, Mike built and developed a property management division that managed 7,500 units.

Adam and I met on an app called clubhouse, in that application we have shared several stages together talking about…. ADUS lol you guest it right. Now most of you who have followed my previous episodes know we have talked about How to implement this ADU strategy both in residential & Multifamily space. On this episode we wanted to introduce the third option which is opportunity zones. Adam is the Owner of ADUOZFUND, a fund which is hyper focused on accessory dwelling units in opportunity zones. This was definitely a high level conversation, a lot of creative exit strategies were discussed, 1031 exchange vs. opportunity zones. Joseph and I met at a tiny house event in San Diego, CA and has been an awesome part of the net work that we’ve been able to create in the last couple of years.
