In the first Episode our first guest talks about how she recently found a letter that she wrote when she was 17 years old addressed to her grandkids as an assignment. Its’ Cool because its the reverse of the whole concept of the podcast but it's super powerful because now she's reflecting on it as a grown woman. We discuss more life lessons learned and her desire to reconnect with her 17 year old self becoming the powerhouse she was created to be.
