Today, on what would have been Jess's 37th birthday, I fondly remember my dear friend who left us far too soon, just before her 31st birthday in 2017. Her absence left a void in my life, prompting me to embark on a journey of healing, self-discovery, and transformation.

In today's episode, I dive deep into the world of microdosing with a personal touch. I share my journey with microdosing and the incredible transformation I experienced in a short time.
I talk about my decision to explore microdosing as a holistic approach to healing from conditions like CPTSD, depression, and anxiety. The journey began just yesterday with my first 225mg microdose of the 'Golden Teacher' mushroom, scientifically known as Psilocybe cubensis.
I couldn't help but share the immediate shift I felt within just 40 minutes of taking that microdose. The grip of anxiety, the weight of depression, and the relentless stress I'd been carrying started dissipating, giving way to a sense of calm and clarity I hadn't felt in years.
But what really blew my mind was how quick and effective it was compared to traditional antidepressants. With microdosing, there was no waiting for weeks to see results – it was almost instant.
I delve into the profound experiences that many individuals report during their psychedelic or microdosing journeys. This feeling of trust, interconnectedness, love, and a perception of something beyond ordinary reality can be truly life-changing.
And it's not just a temporary high; these experiences have a lasting impact, similar to significant life events. They can lead to reduced anxiety and depression, improved relationships, and a shift in how we view the world - I am feeling it already, Day 2!!

This episode is about the power of Ritual.
You can remake your life in small but vital ways that will make you happier, calmer, and more able to do the work that must be done on this planet. Ritual is an integral part of architecting our own lives, we are the writer of our cosmic play, and you get to choose how it should play out.
We must deepen these common practices as intentional rituals that nurture connection and well-being. Ritual is ultimately a call to heal our loss of connection to ourselves, others, and spiritual identities.
Once you bring awareness to the "why" in everyday life, you can understand that this is your script, and you would never have chosen the trauma or drama when you wrote your soul's contract before you incarnated here.
Once in complete awareness (though the power of Ritual) it makes it easier for you to play along, play big and answer your "whys," learn the lesson and transcend much faster. Then you find your alignment, become the lighthouse for others, and life gets much easier, and the fun starts.

This one is about allowing yourself to be present in your bad moods and listening to that energy to allow it to work its way through you. We're inundated with social media posts about "good vibes only" that we almost feel guilty or shame for having a bad day, being depressed, or feeling negativity. Our emotions are indicators of what is going on inside and it's so important to listen to that indication so that we can get to the root of it, let it pass, and allow our own healing in divine timing.
Grief has no expiry date, it's important to sit in that space and scream, cry, and sleep when you need to. Positivity or spirituality becomes toxic when we use it to mask our feelings and hide behind the layers of grief. It's okay not to be ok.
Allowing those dark days in bed, allows you to sit and listen to your highest self and the Universe, God, and Spirit which will offer you signs and show you how to move through the darkness and towards the light. It looks different for everyone, but only you can hear the message. Sit in silence and let Spirit serve you.

This is about my profound experience during a recent Light Portal Ceremony in Tulum, which piggybacked another Ayahuasca ceremony and Water Blessing in Bacalar. These ceremonies presented themselves in divine timing to honor the dates around my friend Jess's death and in time for my friend Dean's death. A gentle reminder from the Universe, God, Ayahuasca, and Gaia that nothing is permanent and death is merely a transition or upgrade.
I also talk about shaking off a narcissistic (married) stalker, being ghosted by a client (shift happens), my art being discovered (on Google!), and my cool new remote workspace (Remo.Club) at a luxury Sensira resort on the Riviera Maya.

This is my heartfelt story and first-hand experience of being forced to leave my birth country because of War. While my story differs from what is going on politically today, I still carry the pain, the sadness, the grief, and the subconscious trauma that was felt by my family. I learned only last week how the womb carries trauma felt by the Mother and how that trauma is transferred into the baby's DNA after being held and protected, cushioned from the pain during the nine-month incubation. I learned that trauma wounds affect our concept around money, how it forms our beliefs and values around wealth and abundance and how this trauma can actually cause abundance blocks. It became obvious to me during the Finance Wound/ Womb Healing workshop, here in Playa Del Carmen, why my belief around money is that it brings unhappiness, grief, that it is toxic and "dirty" money. Because that is what I had been exposed to for so long, particularly when I worked in the Superyacht Industry for Russian Oligarchs. This is my story of working for Oligarchs, what I experienced and why I believe their money is dirty and toxic. I pray for the people of Ukraine and for all the innocent people of Russia that are being forced to suffer because of only a few. This is not a political podcast, this is my personal and emotional account since I resonate so deeply with the people of Ukraine being forced to leave their homes, possibly forever.

There's no denying it - sexual harassment occurs in the yachting industry on a daily basis. If you are fired, refused a promotion, demoted, given a poor performance evaluation, or reassigned to a less desirable position because you reject a sexual advance, that almost certainly is sexual harassment.
This is my account of sexual harassment onboard in the yachting industry, which is superficial before you even step onboard. It is one of the only industries I know of where a full-length photo is required before the interview takes place.

As we evolve and our soul matures, we find ourselves transitioning away from people not in our best interest.
Breaking up with friends can be challenging and sometimes necessary for expanding our consciousness.
The sensations you feel within your body will signpost you towards or away from the people in your life.
If you frequently feel tense or demoralized in their presence, for instance, that may be a tip-off “that they are not truly on your team”.
The question is: why might we continue to invest in friendships that we have mixed feelings about, or that may even actively make us feel bad?
Sometimes our enemies are our best teachers, people can learn from their mistakes, destruction sometimes means rebirth.
Your biggest supporter is usually a stranger. Your biggest hater is someone you know.
Narcs wear a mask and hide behind it, they simply don't have a healthy sense of self. They lure their victims in with their false profile, their false sense of self. But eventually, when you rip this mask off them, you see someone with shame, insecurity, struggling with abandonment.
When you reject them they are shocked as the mask did not work and that's when panic sets in. They will show off their new source of narc supply and pretend they are not wounded. They will stalk you online and physically, smearing your name, talking about you to your friends, spreading false rumors, they are vindictive and lack empathy. You are not dealing with a healthy mind and unfortunately, there is no pill they can take for their disorder.
Anyone that turns into a beatbox when you share your dreams and goals is not a true friend. Please pay attention to how they react.
No one is perfect. What matters is we learn and become the best version of ourselves and support those in our circle.
Learn when to end the friendship or relationship with the Narc, for your own sanity and welfare.

What a ride 2021 was, but boy do I look forward to what lies ahead.
Already my year has kicked off with the launch of a new holistic brand called LLIYB (details inside) and my first piece of resin artwork I created this week.
In this first episode of Season 2 on The Muse's Merkaba, I talk about my artwork and my integration into the world of Art.
What started as an outlet for deep pain and anger after my friend Jess was murdered in Ibiza in July 2017 led me into a direction that would begin my incredible healing journey. I never knew my true potential as an artist until I discovered how expressive I could become. I never saw my work as a product or a piece of artwork, but spiritual energy moving through me, channeled from Jess on the other side.
By combining the fluidity of resin, bold colors of acrylic paints, and inks, I construct a complex harmony of fabricated emotion. My art approach is free-flowing and intuitive, a process that involves a complex layering of colors and textures that create an illusion of multiple layers and dimensions.
I create cosmic experiences and conscious content to activate your remembrance and magnificence.

Welcome to my twelfth and final podcast of 2021.
I am writing this at 03:45 (sleeping patterns funked up.)
I just finished recording and editing my podcast in Logic Pro and then accidentally deleted the entire file (no, I didn't save it). I had to re-record the whole podcast! While on "take 2," I received a notification from one of my apps informing me of the intense pressure of the Mercury Retrograde Shadow period- that explains EVERYTHING. Buckle up; I think the upcoming Merc RX will be a biggie.
I was due to record this last Monday but felt all sorts of Ascension symptoms and was just not up for recording. Today I finally started feeling 'social.' After receiving Spotify's demographic presentation on the success of my new podcast (first episode launched 6th September 2021), I thought that it was a sign to get this out before the year ended. Can you believe this podcast is being listened to across 13 countries worldwide!!??
I had planned to talk about a different topic but decided to share my ascension symptoms, what ascension symptoms are and why we get them. I then talk about Starseeds, our purpose here in this time, and the 144,000 Starseed Lightworkers brought here to raise frequency for the collective so that the earth can move into the 5D New Earth. In this episode, I talk about my recent Ayahuasca ceremony in the jungle of Playa Del Carmen, my incredible experience meeting my fiancé on the other side and feeling anger towards him for the first time, then being able to sit with the rage and shout at him.
I also discuss my first walk-in experience with my cousin Dakota who stepped into my body and allowed me to feel all her emotions at the time of death, forcing me to feel her emotions and pain and cry for six hours.

In my tenth episode, I share my recent phenomenal experience trying plant medicine Huachuma or San Pedro cactus for the first time. This heart-opening plant medicine filled me with love, joy, and laughs for a solid twelve hours, getting me into all sorts of trouble. I fell in love with a Shaman and his beautiful arms, I got told off by another Shaman for talking and laughing during silent meditation, and I accidentally ate something I shouldn't have.
The gentle Grandfather's energy shook me to the core, burst open my heart chakra and showed me unconditional love and absolute compassion, and gratitude for everything in existence. I fell in love with nature, I danced barefoot around the fire pit, I ate all the Bliss balls, I forgave, I cried (only a little) and I found my inner child and let her out to play.
With huge respect and gratitude for this direct, gentle, fun-loving, playful, and cheeky spirit of the San Pedro cactus, I share my story and how I got my keys to Heaven.

My 8th podcast discusses my first experience using plant medicine, Ayahuasca, in Mallorca in July 2017.
I delve into why people are called to do Ayahuasca and the amazing benefits of this otherwordly plant medicine.
I then dive deeper into the story of my calling to take this sacred plant medicine, my journey on Ayahuasca where I sat in ceremony and drank from the cup on three nights. I tell you about the deceased loved ones that visited me, my life-changing experience, the visuals I experienced, and how my life changed afterward.
Ayahuasca inspired me to paint. After my ceremony, I first picked up acrylic and resin, and now people buy my art.
Ayahuasca gave me a thorough understanding of death and how we are all connected, always. After drinking, I no longer fear death; I look forward to my transition. It gave me an insight into the other side; how beautiful it is across the veil and how happy our deceased ones are. Us humans got the short end of the stick!
It has also made me appreciate living, given me a greater awareness of my purpose here in my human, and catapulted my spiritual experience. It burst open my Kundalini energy (and hasn't stopped) and has opened my third eye.
I talk about how my life has never been the same since I drank. And how everything looks different since my first cup.
I talk about my last conversation with my friend Jess, her murder, and how Ayahuasca stopped me from committing suicide.

Did you know that Mexico means 'belly button of the moon', in the native Mexican language, Nahuatl, Aztec or Mexicano.

This is my third episode in my journal series. This is a snippet from an experience I had in 2008, looking back now I see the spiritual message in it. I hope you hear it too. This is the one when Lenny Kravitz wrote my sick note. I worked in PR and ended up on stage with the band before a penthouse afterparty at Bono's Clarence Hotel in Dublin. I didn't turn up for work the following day, so Lenny pulled one out the cards for me and wrote my sick note. This is the story of my transition out of Public Relations, and being inspired by both Lenny's wise words "keep moving forward and upward" and "words are extremely powerful". These powerful life-changing chats with Lenny and also my PR Managing Director's words to me that the following day "the sky's the limit when your heart is in it" both changed my perception of life, my career, and bending society's expectations of what my life should look like. That August 2008, I handed in his sick note along with my resignation and never looked back. I hope I am able to inspire you to follow your heart, your dreams and let your words pave your path forward. His words "Let love rule" have become my daily mantra. Today I discuss Suicide. The elephant in the room.
September is Suicide Prevention Month. I think every day should be suicide prevention day if I am honest. Mental illness is rife, particularly at this time in our world.
I give you my suicide story, just one, I actually have three, but today I share the closest and most recent. The story about my fiancé's death- by suicide in April 2019. This is the first time I have discussed the entire event, before, during, and after. It's raw and it might be uncomfortable for you to listen to. This is the problem, nobody wants to talk about the S word, when more people should talk openly about it, about their depression. There is no shame in being mentally ill, depressed, bipolar, or an addict.
I believe hurt people, hurt people. And usually, that person hurting so deeply chooses to hurt themself the hardest- in a way so harmful that there is no coming back from. Unfortunately, we are left behind hurting too.
There is a pandemic in the world right now, and it's not the C-word, it is suicide and it has been around since 434 B.C when a Greek man took his own life.
Today I talk openly about what I went through, my pain, my understanding, and how I am still healing and learning from my experience.
Join me as I share my incredibly difficult journey through love, loss, and healing. I write this with love and to share Christian's story. He was the most giving human I know- giving to everyone else, except himself. I know he would want me to share my story, his story, our story; if it meant it could help someone.
