When was the last time you had fun running your business?
In today's episode, I'm talking about the need to start thinking about having fun not as a luxury but as a necessity. Entrepreneurship is a serious business that requires focus, commitment, and consistency, all byproducts of discipline. But it also requires creativity, humor, and inspiring connections, which are easier to get to when we are having fun. Doing fun things at work is also self-care, and including joyful moments and time off just to have fun is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your business.
Throughout this episode, you'll learn how having more fun can transform your life and business. You'll also hear practical ways to infuse fun into your daily routine, about the importance of scheduling time off to have fun, why moments of joy are awesome to boost creativity, how laughter can help you stay focused, and much more.

Do you feel uninspired when thinking of ways to market your business?
In today's episode, I share a powerful marketing exercise that'll help you stretch your imagination and get your creative fluids going. When promoting our business, especially if we have been in business for a while, marketing can feel like a repetitive and ritualistic activity we get done on auto-pilot. Chances are that, if this happens, your marketing efforts fall into a rut, either stagnating your sales or dropping dramatically.
After going through this exercise, you'll be capable of approaching your marketing efforts from a non-linear, unconventional pattern, that will allow you to come up with a wildly broad range of alternatives.
Tune in to episode 139 of Unstoppable Female Entrepreneurs, get your pen and paper ready, and discover a whole new way of promoting your brand, products, and business.

Throughout this episode, you'll hear about the transformative power of self-attention and why it is a vital skill every female entrepreneur should master. Have you ever felt your latest marketing effort was a total waste of time after metrics came back?
In today's episode, I'm talking about invisible progress, why it is crucial to "keep an eye on it" in any entrepreneurial journey, nurturing your marketing efforts despite what metrics reflect, cultivating your trust, and more. Understanding the invisible progress concept in marketing is commonly mistaken with having faith that success will knock at our door, like some kind of fable or fairy tale. It is not about faith but trust; trust in our marketing, messaging, strategies, resilience, capacity, and even our journey, the challenges we totally crushed to get where we are.
Throughout this episode, I'll help you better understand the concept of invisible progress in marketing, share tools and insights that'll help you navigate those moments when nothing seems to happen.

Do you feel your sales funnel engages and nurtures your audience?
In today's episode, I'm talking about the importance of improving your sales funnel. Whether you are aware of it or not, (especially in the digital marketing world) you have a sales funnel. The moment a potential client sees your content online, they are the doors of your sales funnel. How good is your sales funnel will determine whether that potential client gets interested in your products or services, decides to work with you, hires you, signs up for your newsletter, or closes that tab and never again looks for you online. The good news? You are in absolute control of what goes in or out of your funnel, and you can modify it as many times as you want.
Throughout this episode, you'll learn how to make your sales funnel as attractive as a page-turner book, the importance of knowing your numbers and using that knowledge to audit your funnel, and how to create compelling lead magnets. You'll also learn about email marketing, how to use your funnels to generate trust and nurture your audience, and much more.

Still, a quick break is not only a great way to create space for self-care and avoid burnout but also an excellent opportunity to gain new perspectives and insights on our evolution and direction.
Throughout this episode, I share some of the incredible benefits I gained from taking a week off from my business, how choosing to spend time with family and friends dramatically improved my mental well-being and recharged my creative fluids, the essential role community plays in assisting you during these breaks, and more.

In this episode, I share the conversation I had with Christopher Rausch on his podcast, Raw and Unscripted, about building an unstoppable mindset, letting go of the old narratives that hold us back, and learning to confront the doubt demons that keep telling us we can't do what we want to do.
Throughout our conversation, we discussed the brain's natural resistance to change, the importance of resilience and emotional awareness in every growth process, and the magical results of acknowledging and overcoming victimhood. In this crazy entrepreneurial journey, setbacks, low revenue months, or stillness in customer inquiries might stand up and cast a shadow over our revenue or growth goals. Still, it's crucial to be mindful that, just like in a solar eclipse, our drive, ambition, and unstoppable nature shine with the same intensity behind the moon-sized challenges that might appear; we only need to find the right angle to see it.

When was the last time you dared to change?
In this episode, I'm talking about the dance partner most entrepreneurs know well yet resist dancing with; I'm talking about change. The tricky part of dealing with change is that intellectually, we know change is necessary and a promoter of growth by excellence. Still, change is also a door to the unknown, to uncertainty, and we are genetically programmed to distrust what's new, avoid it at all costs, and stick to the comforting tranquility of the predictable familiar spaces. Luckily, we can hack our own system and not only embrace change but learn to dance with it and get really comfortable with its presence.
Throughout this episode, you'll learn how embracing change and getting comfortable with it can transform your career and your business, how you can help yourself embrace it more easily, how to deal with the old narratives that keep you immobilized, the crucial role of your support network in embracing change, and more.

What does your next version look like? How is she turning the world into a better place?

As entrepreneurs, we are constantly working on the next version of our business and ourselves, and unfortunately, struggling with not-enoughness at some point is kind of inevitable. Throughout this episode, you'll hear about the dynamics of female entrepreneurship and why community, mentorship, and collaboration are crucial to overcoming obstacles and achieving success. You'll also hear about the inspiring story of Spanx's founder and former CEO, Sara Blakely, how to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, and more.

Do you feel controlled or in control of your emotional responses?
In this episode, I'm talking about emotional agility and why this skill is crucial to navigating the emotional rollercoaster of entrepreneurship. The life of an entrepreneur oscillates between thrilling and terrifying without previous notice and sometimes without anything in the middle. Things can go from almost perfect to chaotic in minutes, and being aware of that isn't enough; we must also prepare ourselves mentally and spiritually. By incorporating and practicing emotional agility, we gain an advantage over the critical situations threatening our sanity, inner peace, and business.
Throughout this episode, you'll hear about the importance of incorporating emotional agility into your toolbox and how this skill can help you be in charge of your emotional responses. What first thought comes to mind whenever you feel stuck in your entrepreneurial journey?
In this episode, I'm talking about a feeling most entrepreneurs experience at least once (or dozens of times): the overwhelming sensation of being stagnant or stuck. To our brains, what is known and familiar is safe, so as long as things are constant and predictable, no alarms are set off. Yet, in entrepreneurial terms, when sales remain steady, it doesn't mean safety; it means the company is not growing. That is why every time we start thinking about entering unknown places, like new marketing strategies, adding new products, or creating new courses, our brains freak out and use their best arguments to convince us that it is too risky, that we might lose everything if we fail, or that we are not "that" good anyway to aspire for exponential growth.
Throughout this episode, I invite you to join me as I explore the science behind why we feel overwhelmed and stuck and what we can do to navigate that feeling. I also share three simple yet powerful tips that'll help you transform your response to fear and uncertainty, manage stress and anxiety through self-awareness, and more.

How often do you say "yes" when every cell inside you yells "NO"?
In this episode, I'm talking about the mindset change necessary to get out of people-pleasing cycles and start choosing ourselves more often. As women, we are conditioned to become selfless caregivers who put everyone else's interests before our own, ensuring everyone has what they need when needed. These unhealthy societal norms, if reproduced, generate chronic people-pleasing, which develops into low self-esteem, burnout, and poor physical and mental health.
But here is where it gets tricky: as entrepreneurs whose business is being at the service of our audience's needs and expectations, how can we find the balance between being at service without becoming a hostage of it?
Throughout this episode, you'll learn practical tips and quick exercises you can add to your routine to avoid falling into a people-pleasing cycle. You'll hear about people-pleasing negative impact, the high cost you pay for saying "yes" too often, and the importance of setting healthy boundaries.
Additionally, we'll discuss the ultimate self-care commitment, why putting other people's needs before our own erodes our self-worth, the importance of self-compassion, and much more.

Are perimenopause symptoms affecting your performance?
In this episode, I'm talking about a subject I feel is not discussed enough among female entrepreneurs: managing our business while dealing with perimenopause. Hot flashes, mind fog, heart palpitations, itchy skin, or mood swings are some of the symptoms that affect us emotionally and physically, inevitably impacting our business. Still, we can use this unavoidable part of our lives to grow and empower ourselves, and precisely, that is what we'll focus on in today's discussion.

Is your business compatible with your financial goals for 2024?
In this episode, I'm talking about designing and strategizing your financial goals for this year. As women, we grow up developing a dysfunctional relationship with money; we are socialized to accept being paid less than men, that we are not supposed to want money, and that we are not good with it. Still, if we actively work on our mindset, we can pulverize those beliefs. Achieving our financial goals is entirely doable if we align them with our business' capabilities, offerings, and products and set ourselves up for success, mindset-wise.
Throughout this episode, full of practical tips, you'll learn to get your business and financial goals for 2024 on the same page. You'll learn to make your financial goals comfortable in your head, identify the real reason behind your ambition, and understand the importance of changing your relationship with money. What do you do when anxiety gets you to a point where your logical thinking leaves the room?
In this episode, I'm talking about what we can do in those moments when anxiety takes over and paralyzes us. Being an entrepreneur is, in many ways, anticipating what might go wrong and having a backup plan. But if we aren't careful enough, we might spend more time worrying about what we'll do if our program doesn't sell instead of making it work. That sort of thing makes us anxious, and we then try to control that anxiety, which leads to an out-of-control, paralyzing, and panic attack inducing anxiety. But before all that happens, many things can be done, and we'll go through them today.
Throughout this episode, you'll learn why accepting and understanding the origin of your anxiety is way more effective than trying to fight it. I'll share the first stage of Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI), and together, we'll go through a respiratory exercise that'll help you ease and calm your anxiety levels.

You achieved your financial goals, your business grew even more than expected, and you developed a consistent income stream; now what?
In this episode, I'm talking about how to deal with the uncertainty that taking our business to the next level can and will produce us. Some goals take so much effort, energy, and time to achieve that somewhere in the middle of all that battle, we forget to think about what's next. We find ourselves in an unknown, completely different place and don't know what to do or how to do it. Instead of being happy about our achievements, we panic, second-guess our capabilities, and start shoulding ourselves all over as we try to figure out how to navigate this new place we found ourselves in.
Throughout this episode, you'll learn to deal with this overwhelming and chaotic feeling of not knowing what to do next once we go through a massive transformation in our business. You'll also hear why being compassionate with yourself is crucial at this point in your entrepreneurial journey, and four practical tips to help you navigate this new and scary phase of your business.

Have you noticed that putting that new offer together, creating a new program, or organizing the next retreat almost every time takes longer than you initially planned?
In this episode, I'm talking about our brains' tendency to underestimate the time, energy, work, and effort goals we want to achieve or things we want to create demand. Whether it is because we overlook the complexity of specific tasks or design roadmaps with our heads more on the finish line than the course, we ignore that unforeseen things are likely to happen and delay our original plans, leading to frustration and uncertainty, and we must be ready for that. Planning or being prepared for the unexpected sounds like an oxymoron, but it's kinda what I'm saying. The first step is understanding why our brain underestimates these things and what we can do to avoid these pitfalls.
Throughout this episode, you'll learn why our minds seem to ignore the fact that most things aren't built overnight and what you can do to avoid feeling frustrated when things go south or take longer than expected to be completed. I also share five points explaining why our brains underestimate the effort needed for our entrepreneurial ventures, a practical tool to deal with procrastination, and much more.

How often do you find yourself obsessing over the smallest details, and regardless of the hundreds of changes and tweaks you make, they never feel perfect?
In this episode, I'm talking about perfectionism vs. excellence, the difference between them, how to shift from a perfectionist to an excellence-seeking mindset, and the role fear plays in our sometimes uncontrollable need to pursue perfection. Societal expectations are usually stricter with women (massive shocker!), which generally pushes us to aim for higher standards. Still, although there's nothing wrong with striving for higher standards, the problem begins when those standards are unrealistic. There's a massive difference between excellence and perfection, and aiming for the latter will cause you nothing but headaches, uncertainty, and frustration.
Throughout this episode, you'll learn to train your mind to stop seeking perfection and striving for excellence instead, how pursuing perfection can affect you and your business, and the differences between aiming for higher standards and unrealistic ones. You'll also learn how to deal with the fear that paralyzes and tricks you into thinking perfection is the only way, some exciting news about what's coming in 2024, and more.

How often do you commit to doing something beyond your possibilities just to avoid hurting someone else's feelings?
In this episode, I'm talking about why you must embrace your self-worth and let go of your people-pleasing identity. Growing up, we are taught never to upset others and to avoid hurting their feelings. Especially women, we are told to be good girls, to care for others, to be nurturing, and to make sure everyone is comfortable. It might seem harmless, but this programming that dictates how we do things is a silent dream killer, especially for entrepreneurs. Why? Simply put, people pleasers feed their confidence with external validation; what decides their value is others' opinion of them, and they tie their worth to whether or not people like them.
Throughout this episode, you'll learn why people-pleasing should be eradicated from every entrepreneur's life, how to break out of that cycle, and how to stop committing yourself beyond your possibilities. You'll also learn a simple yet effective technique to boost and enhance your self-worth, the multiple benefits of positive affirmations, and more.

When was the last time you scheduled a massage, a yoga class, or a relaxing bath with candles and soothing music?
In today's episode, the last of 2023, I invite you to join me on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment as we set the intention and prepare ourselves to make 2024 the year of self-love and self-compassion. Studies show that over 60% of female entrepreneurs experience a deep sense of inadequacy and low self-worth as they grow their businesses. While it is true that experiencing self-doubt is a place every female entrepreneur knows, that doesn't mean we can't do anything to change that sad reality affecting more than half of us. That's why I believe it is crucial we turn those numbers around by making self-love and self-compassion a daily practice.
Throughout this episode, you'll learn to incorporate self-love and self-compassion into your daily routine. You'll hear about the power of incorporating morning affirmations, making self-care activities non-negotiable in your schedule, or simply putting time aside for a relaxing bath. You'll also hear about how journaling to reflect on your thoughts and feelings can help, getting in touch with like-minded people to benefit from new perspectives and ideas, and much more.

Do your expectations motivate and lift you up or make you feel miserable?
In today's episode, I'm talking about expectations that might lead us to fall into victim mode, unfair comparisons that make us fall into despair, and how to create a strategy to work smart, not hard, in 2024. After we set our goals for the next year, quarter, or month, it's natural to focus on the work to be done: creating marketing strategies and offers or developing new products. Yet that's only a portion of what we should be working on; part of setting our goals is working on our mindset, surrounding ourselves with like-minded people, and revisiting, tweaking, and modifying those goals periodically. Ignoring these other goal-setting steps will make you believe the work is done and results should fall into your lap; that kind of expectation will keep you stuck.
Throughout this episode, you'll hear my recommendations to create and maintain expectations that keep you motivated instead of making you fall into victim mode and hold you back, why avoiding comparisons is crucial for your and your business's growth, and 5 tips to work smart, not hard in 2024.

Are your Christmas and New Year's Eve too stressful to enjoy?
In today's episode, I'm talking about how to go through the Holiday season and emerge on the other side stress-free, relaxed, and holding nothing but memories of joy, happiness, and tranquility. The Holidays are supposed to be the time for family gatherings and cheer. Yet, the cooking, the decoration, the presents, the traveling, and the sensitive topics that might light the fuse of a massive argument might turn it into one of the year's most overwhelming and anxiety-inducing moments. But don't panic; you can do plenty of things to stop the Holidays from draining your energy and have a good time during the happiest time of the year.
Throughout this episode, I'll share six tips to help you navigate Holiday stress. You'll hear about the importance of setting steady boundaries to keep your mental space safe, the benefits of going out for fresh air and incorporating movement whenever possible, and several techniques to calm your mind, lower your cortisol levels, and more.

When was the last time you revisited and modified your niche?
In today's episode, I'm talking about why choosing a niche, an offer, or both and sticking to it for a year is crucial for business growth. Sometimes, things take a bit longer to take off than we initially thought, or our impatience is ready to wait so every new shiny object looks more appealing or promising. We'll start thinking about changing gears, and our healthy brains, wired to protect us from any failure, will agree: Yes, good idea. Regroup!
These niche changes have consequences; our brains and buyers get confused when we modify our goals every two weeks, and if there is something confused buyers don't do, it is buying.
Throughout this episode, you'll hear the benefits of choosing and sticking to a niche in the long term, why we feel the urge to change gears every time things don't go as planned, and how to avoid falling into that trap. You'll also hear about the dangers of letting your scary cat brain run the show, the situations in which pivoting might be the only answer, and much more.

What are the thoughts that will help you generate new beliefs about money and help you achieve the income you desire?
In today's episode, I'm talking about breaking your money mindset barriers, getting your mind used to expansive thoughts, and tearing apart your limiting beliefs about money and success in entrepreneurship. Unfortunately, most of us have been programmed to avoid talking or even thinking about money, to think about it as this thing that doesn't grow on trees and is absurdly complicated to get. We've been trained our whole lives to see financial independence as something that is definitely not for us, so running a successful business feels like walking blindfolded on a tightrope; thus, we go back by default to the 18-lane highway of our comfort zone.
Throughout this episode, you'll hear my recommendations for overcoming your limiting beliefs about money and shifting your mindset about money and wealth. I'll also help you understand the origin of your money mindset barriers, and share a real-life example from a recent one-on-one coaching session with a client, the importance of being patient and compassionate about your progress and mindset shifts, and much more.

How tuned are you with your business's potential to transform your and your clients' lives?
In today's episode, I'm talking about the things you must have clarity on to start seeing your business as what it is: a lives-transforming machine. Most entrepreneurs get so caught up in their businesses' day-to-day operations that they lose sight of the elemental principles of entrepreneurship, like constantly providing value or creating products designed to bridge the gap between where clients are and where they want to be. Regardless of how elemental the steps I'll share might look, keep in mind sometimes, the most fundamental changes produce the most profound transformations.
Throughout this episode, I share six steps you can use to review and re-evaluate your journey as an entrepreneur, make the adjustments you feel necessary, and create a massive transformation in your and your clients' lives.

Are you ready to improve your conversion rates by making minor changes to your funnels?
In today's episode, I'm talking about funnels. Although sales funnels might sound like the most confusing, intricate, complex, and knotty part of a business, they really aren't, and understanding them and knowing how to guide your potential customers and clients through them is crucial for your business growth.
Throughout this episode, I explain everything you need to know about funnels, what they are, how they work, and what they can do for your business. I'll show you a client's journey through a sales funnel, from the top of it, where cold audiences are attracted, then the middle part, where you must nurture and provide value to them, and passing through the bottom of the funnel right before they go through and convert, deciding to exchange their money for the product or service you offer.

When was the last time you took a week off from your business? No emails, no texts, nothing, complete isolation from it.
In today's episode, I'm talking about the transformative benefits of stepping away from our business, which I recently learned after a health issue forced me to step back from my business' daily operations for a few days. Entrepreneurship is as demanding as it is fulfilling and requires maximum effort almost all the time; that's why rest is massively essential. You can perform at your best if you are not mentally, physically, and even spiritually recharged.
Throughout this episode, you'll hear about the benefits of scheduling time off your business every six to eight weeks. I share my thoughts on how refreshing my latest (and unplanned) time off was on a personal and professional level. You'll also hear how it lowered my stress levels and inspired me with new ideas, possibilities, and directions to follow in the upcoming months.

Are you staying late at the office several days a week and still can’t see any growth or significant improvement?
In today's episode, I'm talking about the consistency, focus, and commitment to the long game entrepreneurship requires. A recent health-related setback pushed me back to the gym, and while working out, I realized how much getting fit and running a business have in common. In business and fitness, results only come if we give our best, but without exaggerating: a tired muscle doesn't grow, and a tired mind makes poor choices. Also, consistent small efforts in business and at the gym produce more results than sporadic killer workouts, and the list goes on.
Throughout this episode, you'll hear what I've learned from returning to the gym and putting my health in order, the power of consistency and commitment, and the magical results you can get from getting excited in front of every struggle instead of shying away from it.

In today's episode, I'm talking to those brand-new entrepreneurs who feel lost and are still trying to figure things out, those whose doubts are still holding them back from starting a business, and those who are already making things happen but feel a bit stuck. The health & wellness industry isn't stagnant or saturated; research and statistics show it has consistently grown over the last years, and everything indicates it'll keep growing. Life coaching, weight loss, fertility, menstrual health; every industry's branch shows massive potential. You just launched a new retreat, and no one signed up. Your new course is online, and no one bought it. These are perfectly normal things that can and will happen to any business, but what do you make these things mean?
In today's episode, I'm talking about how we deal with setbacks, what kind of stories we tell ourselves about our business and about us when things go South, and how to retrain our minds to stop punishing ourselves for stuff that is out of our control. For us to feel safe, our brain needs to make sense of things, spot possible threats, and design escape routes in case we need them. But we must remember the brain can be overprotective, like a helicopter parent. It can go like this: "Two people unsubscribed from your newsletter, your content is not good enough, you're not good enough at this, you should stop exposing yourself and suffering, quit trying the entrepreneur thing."

Do you want to transform your business? These three principles will certainly help.
In today's episode, I'm talking about three business principles from Japanese business philosophy: Kaizen, Nemawashi, and Hansei. Some years ago, a modeling contract took me to Japan; I fell immediately in love with their culture and care for traditions. Then, thanks to other businesses and my passion for that country, I've been visiting the Land of the Rising Sun for almost 20 years. Throughout the years, I accumulated beautiful experiences and friendships. I also picked up these three business principles I'm sharing today, which I use to run my business, guide my coaching practice, and walk through life.
Throughout this episode, you'll hear about my experiences in Japan and how Kaizen, Nemawashi, and Hansei concepts transformed my life and business. You'll discover the benefits of embracing constant improvement, the power of having the whole team on board in every decision, and how collective self-reflection can utterly transform your decision-making process.

Do you feel your business could use some coaching, yet you are unsure what to expect from working with a business coach?
For today's episode, I thought it would be a good idea to clarify a business coach's role and obligations, how they can assist you in transforming your business, and the advantages of working with one. I've noticed a lot of confusion about the business coach's function; many think coaches have all the answers and are there only to point out the right direction and distribute flawless, 100% success-guaranteed to-do lists. A business coach must and will share their knowledge and experience in business, but they are thought partners, not directors.
Throughout this episode, you will hear my approach to business coaching and why I believe it is about empowering, encouraging creative thinking, and adopting a multi-perspective approach instead of telling coachees what to do. Have you ever felt that entrepreneurship is too hard to go through it alone? Well, it is.

How are you dealing with the problems in your business? Are you looking for root causes or simply patching up symptoms?
In today's episode, I'm talking about a critical aspect of business growth, understanding the problems you have in your business before trying to solve them. I've seen it many times, entrepreneurs think they know what's going on and try to fix something that is not broken, and end up breaking something that was actually working. There is a simple way of preventing this from happening to you and your business: find a way, a guide, a community, or any other kind of external assistance that help you see the problems in your business more clearly.

How prepared are you for when your business hits a winter slump?
In today's episode, I'm talking about what we can do when things start slowing down in our business, we notice a downturn in our company's performance, or when our leads get colder, and sales get colder. As female entrepreneurs, we must be resilient and resourceful and stay creative during winter's challenging times. A slowed-down business is an excellent opportunity to revisit and adjust marketing strategies, messaging, and offers. It is also a great time to go out and make sales; just because fewer people are buying doesn't mean there aren't many others who need what we have to offer.
Throughout this episode, you'll hear my recommendations for when winter hits your business. What's holding you back from blooming? What excuses are you creating instead of putting in the hard work?
In this episode, I'm talking about mindset, about mastering the hard work mindset. Some words that float around entrepreneurship might look contradictory and confuse the hell out of newcomers. Are your business offers, campaigns, and programs simple enough to be understood by your target audience?
In today's episode, I'm talking about how adding simplicity to your business can transform how you connect with your target audience and massively grow your business. Simplicity's worst enemies are false beliefs: things too simple are less effective and make you look "less expert." This is untrue; everyone needs bite-sized chunks, direct, streamlined, and less complicated messaging.
Throughout this episode, you will hear the 7 reasons why adopting simplicity is the best way of growing your business and how it'll improve your communications, save time, and increase your trust and credibility. You'll also learn how simplicity can help you create enhanced customer experiences that'll grant recommendations and raving testimonials, make your daily routine more flexible, and more.

You are only one step away from starting your own business: the first.
Today's episode is part 2 of my interview with the Anti-age Nutrition and Health Coach for Women, Olga Si. One of the trickiest parts of Olga's journey as an entrepreneur was avoiding listening to the advice people would give her out of fear and their insecurities and frustrations about entrepreneurship. The solution she found? Look for support and advice from like-minded people and fellow entrepreneurs, and have a coach in her corner.
Throughout this second part of our conversation, we explore the importance of surrounding ourselves with entrepreneurs dealing with the same challenges we are dealing with and learning to identify advice coming from other people's doubt demons.
In addition, we talk about how crucial making mistakes is; Olga shares an example of an expensive mistake that taught her a lot of things, and much more.

What is your relationship with content creation? Does it feel like homework? Do you dread it? Do you wish you didn't have to do it?

Although there are isolated cases of successful entrepreneurs with little to no online presence, for most of us, showing up often on social media is crucial to generating leads, promoting our services and products, and converting. Where would your business be if your doubt demons weren't around?
In today's episode, I'm taking you through a creative, fun, and eye-opening exercise, The Doubt Demon Exercise. Entrepreneurship is practice, not a process, so to get it right, we must put the reps in, try new things, fail, try new things again, and fail a bit more. This exercise is ideal for dealing with the parts of you that don't believe, the parts responsible for keeping you small and stuck.
I'll guide you through this exercise that taps into three of entrepreneurship's five practices, play, creation, and empathy. You'll learn to identify the parts of you that create resistance and struggle, name and picture your doubt demons, and understand why you feel the way you do when your doubt demons are in control. You'll also learn how to "shrink" those demons, hear what they say about you, and what you can do to silence their voice.

When you recognize you are reacting to things. When you are in fully automated survival mode, how do you take yourself out of there?
In today's episode, I'm talking about the dangers of letting ourselves be in survival mode for too long. When you think about an unstoppable entrepreneur, do you picture them relaxing in a bathtub or jumping from meeting to meeting, grinding behind the keyboard?
In today's episode, I share a powerful message the universe taught me the hard way during the last holidays. Being focused, driven, and determined can be tricky sometimes. As women, we are conditioned to put others' needs first, which, added to the culturally celebrated grind, might take us to self-deprecating behavior in the name of growing our business and neglect self-care. As unstoppable entrepreneurs, this is one of our worst mistakes.
Throughout this episode, you will hear about the hard lesson I learned during the holidays that made me completely reframe how I view self-care. We talk about what and how our body talks to us and why listening before it is too late is crucial for our health and business. How do you feel when no one follows your manuals?
In today's episode, I'm talking about making the conscious choice to be happy. We all have manuals in our heads that depicts, to the last detail, how everything should work and how everyone should behave. Yet, although we believe our way is the best and only way, everyone else also has their own manual on how things should work. When we make our emotional life dependent on how others behave, we are setting ourselves up for a hard time because, among many other things, we have no control over people's lives.
Throughout this episode, you will learn why tying up your emotions to others' behavior will make things more complicated than they should be and end up holding you back personally and professionally. When was the last time you failed at something? What were the feelings that surfaced after that failure?
In today's episode, I'm talking about the importance of making mistakes, the value failure can add to our lives and businesses, and why we put so much effort into avoiding failing and making mistakes when the truth is, we shouldn't. We are taught that failing is wrong and that finishing last is the worst thing ever, so we can only see pain and suffering when we face defeat or failure. But what if we resignify what making a mistake is? What if it had much more to offer than shame and misery?
Throughout this episode, you will hear why I believe failing and making mistakes is not necessarily bad, how to deal with the feelings it provokes, and the reactions our failure might generate in those around us. Is avoiding spending money on certain things listening to your gut or being led by a scarcity mindset? Whatever option you choose, remember that the only way to come to peace with the outcome is being okay with your decision in the first place.
Throughout this episode, you'll hear about how the recent hacking of my Facebook Ad account awakened different ways of looking at the growth of my business and of myself as an entrepreneur. I share more tips on cyber security for your personal and professional accounts and the lessons that keep coming my way from the recent hacking incident. You'll also learn to avoid looking at things through the lens of the scarcity mindset, why you should always look for investing in yourself, and more.

What is your first reaction when things go South? Do you numb your feelings with food, wine, or hours of mindless scrolling on social media, or do you sit with it?
In today's episode, I'm talking about the importance of paying attention to how we react to the curve balls the universe likes to throw at us here and there. The recent days have been quite stressful as I discovered someone hacked me and spent a couple of hundred dollars in advertising on my behalf. From desperation, victim mentality, and anger to finally dealing with it calmly, I went through almost every emotional state. After the storm dissipated a bit, I realized that life is not only about happy moments, rainbows, and butterflies; it shouldn't be. It's our job to find comfort in that balance of "good" and "bad" things happening.
Throughout this episode, you'll hear the details of how I discovered I had been hacked, how we solved the issue, and what it cost me, emotionally and financially. You'll also get advice on how to catch yourself in the air when flying into victim mode, sit with discomfort, and breathe your way out of it.

What if that major setback you are dealing with in your business is happening to open new possibilities for you?
In today's episode, I'm talking about how challenging it is to see with clarity when unexpected changes happen and the path gets clouded by our emotions. Last week, we received the news that we need to move again, for the fifth time in six years. Although intellectually, I can process this unwanted situation forced upon us, it has been a challenge to embrace it as an opportunity, perhaps the first step into finally living the life of our dreams. It is the same with our businesses; the entrepreneurial journey will usually take us through bumpy roads. Sometimes, it might look like it is driving us right to a cliff, just to turn right into new opportunities and growth in the last second.
Throughout this episode, you'll hear about the transformational power of asking yourself: what if? I share how coaching helped me see the exhausting, frustrating, and energy-draining perspective of moving again as an opportunity and how you can apply the same principles to your life and your business.

Do you need clarity on what you should focus on while building your wellness business?
In today’s episode, I am talking about how to avoid burnout, gain clarity, and simplify the next steps that you need to take in order to reach your goals. As entrepreneurs, it’s incredibly easy to feel pulled in so many directions. With all of the digital content opportunities out there, it can be hard to know what you should actually spend your time on and what will help you move towards accomplishing your goals. To get an accurate understanding of what you should do, take a bird’s eye view of your business, understand what your audience wants, and think about what makes sense to focus on first.
Throughout this episode, you will hear the feedback that I received on a recent Facebook post I made. In my post, I asked ,what do you need clarity on and what are you struggling with? You will hear what the different struggles are that entrepreneurs commented on my post and what my advice is for those that are feeling similarly along their entrepreneurship journey.

In today’s episode, I am talking about how to create an omnipresence and position yourself as an expert through your messaging. What if getting off track is exactly what you need?
In today’s episode, I am talking about the value that can be gained during times when our plans are derailed. As entrepreneurs, we have a vision for what we want the future to look like and what the steps are to get us there. But just because we have a plan, doesn’t mean that life won’t get in the way. Rather than getting frustrated and angry that it didn’t happen as you wanted it to, take these moments to slow down and really dissect the areas that you may be overlooking or undeserving in your life.
Throughout this episode, you will hear how a single voice message from a client reminded me that there are reasons to be grateful for getting off track. I talk about how these moments of being “off” can bring us so much value and help us to reframe, gain clarity, and apply these lessons when we get back on track.

Are you putting more energy into surviving than thriving?
In today’s episode, I am reminding you that everything is perfect. The more we try to avoid, ignore, or deflect the challenges that come up in our personal and professional lives, the more anxiety and overwhelm we experience. While it’s easy to get caught up dreaming about what the future likes, it never goes exactly how we think it should. As successful women, we accumulate stress in our lives by resisting, when actually, the power comes from accepting that we cannot control everything.
Throughout this episode, you will learn what I mean when I say that everything is perfect. I’m not here to invalidate the painful feelings that you experience when things go awry, but I do want to explain why it is all working in your favor. You will hear how the majority of us approach challenges, the problems that come up when we blame others, how to come from a place of acceptance, and more.

Do you take pride in having a busy schedule?
In today’s episode, I am talking about the pressure we have put on ourselves to always be busy. Not only do we live in a society that rewards being busy, but many times we fall into the trap of thinking that being busy means that we are worthy and valuable. When we are busy, we feel hard working, successful, and impressive. I like to call this the “busy badge” that we wear to convince ourselves that being busy means other people will view us as more important.
Throughout this episode, I share with you my thoughts about being chronically busy and why we all deserve some deliberate rest. Why is what you offer so valuable?
In today’s episode, I am talking about aligning yourself with the price and value of what you offer. Before telling your potential clients how much you charge, consider the VALUE of what you are offering. My clients as me all the time about what price they should set their offers at, and I always say that it's not about the number itself... it's about being aligned with that number and the value you attach to your product or service.. When the price is in alignment, you sell with confidence and when you don't close a deal, it's okay because you'll know that client wasn't the right fit.
Throughout this episode, I share with you why knowing the value of what you are offering is a big plus for your business. I talk about how to price your product and why the wrong price can block potentially great customers. Do you tend to let your negative and self limiting thoughts influence the action that you take? If so, you probably aren’t seeing the results that you desire.

Do you feel overwhelmed with a never ending to do list? As entrepreneurs, it’s important that we work smarter, not harder while we are in the grind in order to avoid burning out.
In today’s episode, I am continuing last week’s topic of the grind about the grind, but this time including burnout and success exhaustion. When we are building a business, we often think being busy means being productive. This is far from the truth. This belief is common in entrepreneurs that are attached to the result of what they are working towards, not their why. Rushing the result leads to overworking which leads to burning out. Instead, be intentional about the actions that you are taking towards building your business and remember to take time for self care and rest.
Throughout this episode, you will hear my comparison between the grind and burnout, why wearing a busy badge is unproductive, a personal story of entrepreneurial stress, how you may be rushing your result, what success exhaustion is, and of course, a question to ponder. As an entrepreneur myself, I’ve had my fair share of burnout and success exhaustion but since reframing my mindset around the grind and productivity, myself and my businesses have thrived. I hope this episode leaves you with the tools to tackle burnout and success exhaustion so you can continue to build your empire.

Have you experienced feelings of imposter syndrome within your business? The term, imposter syndrome, has become such a buzzword that it’s important to understand what it actually is.
In today’s episode, I am talking all about imposter syndrome. I often hear my clients, specifically those that are in the wellness industry, describe feeling imposter syndrome throughout their entrepreneurial journey. It’s understandable, of course your confidence is highest in the areas that you’ve invested the most of your time in and it can be daunting to build a business without any prior experience. Do you know the difference between having a lot of money and wealth? Once you understand the difference, your business, mindset, and profits will reach a higher level.
