Shared with you my routine morning face massage with roller. I feel extremely loved myself when i do it. Morning stretching before workout. I feel more than fine doing routine every morning workout, stretching, yoga, etc. It's a good idea to do a full body stretch before working out, that way we prevent any accidents. Also, this way our day starts light and pleasant.

My time in England also included basketball. My uncle and I would often go down to a court near where we lived. It was an extremely good game for me to play as I had been coaching basketball for 8 years and hadn't played recently. I'll just note that I used to be pretty good, but as circumstances changed I quit the sport. So let's also go back to the days spent with my super cool uncle. The weather was still normal and it allowed us to play in our free time. It was tweed at the time and the streets, playgrounds, etc were empty, which was a bonus for me. My uncle and I played one on one and of course I beat him almost every time. Wonderful times, and now I wish you the coolest day <3

Изключително добре ми се отразваше играта, тъй като аз съм тренирала баскетбол 8 години и скоро не бях играла. Само ще вметна, че бях доста добра, но с течение на обстоятествата прекратих спорта. Та да се върнем и на дните прекарани с моя супер готин вуйчо. Все още беше нормално времето и това ни позволяваше в свободното ни време да поиграем. Беше ковид по това време и улиците, игрищата и тн, бяха празни, което пък за мен беше бонус. С вуйчо игрехме едно в едно и разбира се го побеждавах почти всеки път. Беше вълнуващо и страшно едновременно, но, ако не рискуваш няма да спечелиш. Обожовам да правя такива експерименти със себе си. Помня, че имаше още една атракция, която опитах, но след нея си казах,че повече няма да се кача на подобно нещо, беше изключително страшно, тип гондола, но доста по-голямо и се въртеше на 360 градуса, като се спускахме и надолу с главата, мале ужас 🙏😁 Насладете се на моето преживяване и ще се радвам да споделите и вашите ❤️

I had the honor of traveling and listening to Marica Rossa all night. On that day she was travelling to Bulgaria and unfortunately at the airport they had lost her luggage, she had to react quickly to prepare for her performance. This venue is in Sunny Beach and the club is called Cacao Beach, which unfortunately closed last year. This place is known in many countries as great parties used to be held there. So I continue with Marika Rossa, who is from Ukraine and is quite well known worldwide in the electronic scene. Actually then I found out that she has her own brand of clothes and she is always wearing them, by the way her works are really quite interesting. Also her music is interesting, although, not my style anymore, but I'm still into it as she puts it on records as well.

I am sharing with you a musical adventure that i exerienced again with @antoniohive.vibe and @vandendeeplsoul.Walking in one if the parks in Sofia we accidentally came across these Bulgarian amazing sounding bagpipes and great voices. It was very nice because for a moment listening to this music we are trabspirted somewhere where it is truly beautiful. I share with you my trip to Switzerland and the Alps. I was on a business trip from my work and honestly, it was a trip I am extremely grateful for. On that note, I would like to commend the Takeaway company as they really look after their employees. It was a long journey with two stopovers and a very long journey to where we were staying. We traveled about 2 hours by bus, which was a real adventure as ironically we came across the most broken down bus possible. The experience was full of new things and a full programme over the four days. Also everything was provided for us by the company from the breakfasts, lunches and dinners to all the travel. I had a great fall skiing and I am thankful to God that I was not hurt, I literally rolled for a few seconds from very high speed but was in perfect condition but out of breath. The interesting thing was that before I left, I got an email saying that if anyone was into music and wanted to get into the program they needed to fill out a form. Of course, I was in seventh heaven and leisurely popped it in after which I received a reply that they had accepted my music and I would be participating. On the first day of our arrival, there was a delay and it was a full house and I had to immediately head to the party venue as soon as we checked in. I was quite nervous as there were about 500 people but my colleagues helped me and supported me to relax, and here I attach the video, hope you enjoy <3
Споделям с вас пътуването си до Швейцария и Алпите. Бях в командировка от работата си и честно казано, това беше пътуване, за което съм изключително благодарна. Във връзка с това бих искал да похваля компанията Takeaway, тъй като тя наистина се грижи за своите служители. Беше дълго пътуване с две междинни кацания и много дълго пътуване до мястото, където бяхме отседнали. Пътувахме около 2 часа с автобус, като това беше истинско приключение, тъй като по ирония на съдбата се натъкнахме на възможно най-почупения автобус. Преживяването беше изпълнено с нови неща и пълна програма през четирите дни. Също така всичко ни беше осигурено от компанията - от закуските, обядите и вечерите до всички пътувания. Аз имах страхотно падане на ски и съм благодарна на Бога, че не пострадах, буквално се претърколих за няколко секунди от много висока скорост, но бях в перфектно състояние, но със задъхване. Интересното беше, че още преди да си тръгна, получих имейл, който гласеше, че, ако някой се занимава с музика и има желание да се вкключи в програмата трябва да попълни една форма. Разбира се бях на седмото небе и незавно я попъних след, което получих отговор, че са приели музиката ми и ще участвам. В първия ден на пристигането ни, имаше забавяне и беше пълен хаус и трябваше незабавно да тръгна към мястото на партито веднага след като се настанихме. Бях доста притеснена тъй като имаше около 500 човека, но моите колеги ми помагаха и ме покрепиха, за да се отпусна, а тук прилагам и клипа, надявам се да се насладите <3
