Employee are of two types - Transformers and consisters, while Consister wants to work on same table cause he doesnt want change the transformer wants to change the whole damn table, consister would work with company consistently for long term while transformer is responsible for transformations innovations disruptions moreover the transformer is okay with dirt on his face. Both are important for a company, while Consister will act as a long term family memeber for a company, the transformer will act as a catalyst for growth but the transformer would leave as soon as his work is done cause he is wired to long for new challenges

सचेत इंसान सबको समझता है पर उसको कोई समझ नही पता

प्रेम की कमी सिर्फ एक सचेत मन ही देख सकता है

अच्छा करने के लिए अच्छा इंसान चाहिए, और महान करने के लिए अच्छी आत्मा

दो टाइप के इंसान होते है, एक वो जो दूसरों के लिए करता है, और दूसरा वो जो सिर्फ अपना सोचता है, पहला इंसान खुश रहता है क्योंकि दूसरों के लिए कुछ करने की भावना ही खुशी देती है बले ही उसको कुछ भी वापस न मिले, दूसरा इंसान हमेशा रोता रहता है हमेशा नाराज रहता है क्योंकि वो कभी अपने उपर आता ही नहीं।जो इंसान दूसरों के लिए करता है उसका सारा ध्यान सिर्फ दूसरों के लिए कुछ करने पे होता है और जो इंसान सिर्फ अपना सोचता है उसका सारा ध्यान सिर्फ इसी बात पे होता है कि मेरे लिए किसीने कुछ किया कि नही और यही सोच उसके जीवन के अंधकार की वजह बन जाती है

आपकी आत्मा की गुणवत्ता आपके किरदार से प्रतिबिंबित होती है

Main doobkarke aata hoon, Log hamare khilaf nahi hai... unhone bas gulab utha liye hai kaante chodkar, Main kaanton pe chalne ka abhiyas karke aata hoon, Log kehte hai ki sudar jao... Ab bhala apni kahaani se koun bhaag paya hai, Main apne charitra ko dheen karke aata hoon Jab safar hee manzil hai.. too safalta har pal hai, Main vo nateja hoon jo imtehaan se pehle aata hoon

Dosti kya cheez hai.. agar bataun.. Main dosti se dharta hoon

Bat rahe the rishte jannat main.. maine dushmanon ko chuna doston ko chodkar.. Dushmani nibhana aasaan hai.. dosti nahi.. Main dosti se dharta hoon

Rusva ho gaye the hum duniya se.. Humne dekha ki janaza hamara aaya.. par “bejaan”.. dost ho gaya tha.. Aisa bhi kya rishta jo marne pe bhi zinda hai.. Main dosti se dharta hoon..

Fir aankh khuli too dekha sapna tha.. Par haqikat main sach main koi apna tha.. Aisa bhi kya pyaar jo zinda shareer ko bandh de Main dosti se dharta hoon
