Non-formal talks Podcast

The NFE Podcast was created by three educators, Natalia, Ida and Bogdan, that are passionate about their practice and about the learning field in general. Together they explore different facets of non-formal learning - its principles, the environments where it is used and the dilemmas that they encountered in their professional careers, lot’s of dilemmas :) The Podcast and the exchanges between them are not to be considered as the guide on how to work as a trainer or facilitator of non-formal learning activities, but rather as a source of inspiration and reflection on one’s own practice. At times, they also involve practitioners from other learning related fields such as corporate training, in order to create the premises for paradigm shifts both for themselves and also for their listeners. Filled with personal humour, besides the serious content, the Podcast also hopes to shed a light on how being a practitioner in this field influences our becoming and development.
