Welcome to FIND MY WILD.. The documentation and Diarisation of how I Rebuilt My Life Post a Domestic Violence Relationship in this Episode we meet with Bridget who is the Founder of the Powerful Woman Project. Bridget and I have been in each other's lives since 2017 and in that time we have both had our fair share of traumatic events happen, both are completely different but the one thing we have in common is that we both used similar practices to Rebuild our LIVES and one of the main factors was Health and Wellness. Health and Wellness is STAGE 8 of the Find My Wild 12 STAGE Program and this conversation explains why it is so important. Listen to the principles of what Bridget and I used to move through a really traumatic stage of our lives. We share tips, strategies and also a raw and authentic version of our Stories..
