Canker sores suck. They literally make it a pain to eat and speak. I've been fighting one this past week and it's so annoying. The only good thing that came out of this is a better appreciation for eating and speaking without obstacles. Showing up consistently is hard, but it's worth it. You never know who's watching and who can be inspired by the consistent work you put out. At the same time, don't do it for other people. Do it because you love it and remind yourself why you love it.

This week please welcome Sergio Salgado on the pod! Happy New Year! In this episode, I dive into how I overcome my speech impediment of stuttering. It used to be a very huge problem when I was younger, and I share my experiences with stuttering, what I've realized I needed to accept, and how to take action with this imperfection.
