Navigating the Workplace in the 21st Century, takes a deeper look into all that effects and influences job performance and satisfaction at the office and the decisions we make when at a job, or when contemplating a job/career path change. It also examines alternatives to office employment, such as working from home and self-employment. Guests on our show will come from different vantage points, including both an employer’s perspective and an employee’s perspective.
