The societal stigma around men's mental health has made it difficult for many men to even consider therapy as an option. In this episode the fellas and I discuss, our thoughts and experiences with therapy, the benefits of it and why some men may be apprehensive when it comes to speaking to a therapist.  In this episode we also discuss, masculinity vs "toxic masculinity", self-talk and automatic thoughts, cognitive distortions and irrational beliefs, and uncovering unproductive thoughts.
