In this episode, former federal agent, security industry specialist, and private investigator, Anton Iagounov, talks GOP's attack on the Federal Bureau of Investigation over domestic surveillance of public officials.
Iagounov talks USA Patriot Act, and it's co-author former federal judge and DHS Director Michael Chertoff, and how Chertoff profited from Rapiscan Systems airport body-scanners by conspiring with lobby groups and security industry insiders to exploit U.S. government contract bidding in favor of The Chertoff Grup's client Rapiscan.
Furthermore, Iagounov explains the circumstances surrounding Timothy McVeigh and the Oklahoma City bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah building, and how an "insider threat" within the U.S. Dept. of Defense was responsible for carrying out the attack and with the purpose of establishing the Military Commission Act.
Lat but not least, Iagounov discusses the DoD's perpetuated "War on Drugs," the Contras, Oliver North, and the Ronald Reagan Administration.

15,000 kids go missing every year in Mexico. That's 41 children per day. These figures may not seem like much as compared to other countries, however, in Mexico more than half of the children reported missing are never recovered due to the high-crime rate as a result of the "War on Drugs."
In this podcast episode we discuss the persisting "insider threat" within the U.S. government, which is responsible for the drug trafficking industry, and consequently the trafficking of children for sexual exploitation, slave labor, and organ harvesting. As a result of the "War on Drugs," we now have a police state in the U.S. and other effected countries which are victims to the transnational organized crime.
We will also talk more about CIA's "Operation Paperclip" of 1947, WW2, Nazi Germany, eugenics in the United States of America, and the history of oppression in the U.S., beginning with the mistreatment of Native American Indians, Hispanics, and African-Americans.
Presently, I am raising funds to combat child trafficking in Mexico, which will go towards the effort of locating and recovering missing children in Mexico. Contact me for more information on my fundraiser.
In this podcast episode we discuss the founding of the United States of America, which was a result of the same European powers that attacked the Russian Czar and financed the Russian Revolution of 1917.
How discrimination is used by the current power structure to divide and conquer the civilian population and the world as a police state. The nature of oppression, and how such has evolved from "immediate" to a more systematic and gradual form of discrimination.
We also discuss history and how George W. Bush's grandfather, Prescott Bush helped finance Nazi Germany during World War 2 (WW2), George Herbert Walker Bush as CIA Director during John F. Kennedy's Assassination, how the Central Intelligence Agency created Al-Qaida during the cold war and against the Soviets in Afghanistan, and a comparison between J. Edgar Hoover's war against the Black Panther Party under the guise of fighting "communism" as George W. Bush used the "War on Terror" to justify the invasion of Iraq.
Founding of America and how the founding fathers were philosophers. The separation of church and state, freemasonry, pyramids, and Thomas Jefferson's "Trinity" (John Locke, Issac Newton, and Francis Bacon), and oppression at the foundation of our society from the times when Europeans invaded Native American and Hispanic land, African-American slavery, and the Juneteenth incident (Black Wall Street) of June 19th, 1865.
Hypocrisy in our democracy, and how our environment shapes our belief systems. How mainstream religion and politics has kept society divided, the worship of celebrities controlled by corporate interests, and crony capitalism.
Philosophy was the inspiration to the founding of the "New World," the search for the lost continent known as "Atlantis," Zoroastrianism, the ancient Mayan culture, and how monarchies have always oppressed philosophers, such as 16th century's Giordano Bruno. Additionally, we explore how the U.S. intelligence community is misinformed about ongoing military conflicts around the world, and the oppressive forces that remain to this day from within our governmental system, and how education is the solution to all of our societal problems.
In this podcast episode we discuss the "policing-for-profit" in America, which begins with the selective targeting of minority groups by the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, which is set up as a "civil court" module in response to "criminal" offenses, thus, depriving juvenile offenders of certain guaranteed civil rights which are considered inalienable as per the U.S. Constitution.

Continued intelligence gathering efforts to the ongoing War on Drugs have shown that there is overwhelming evidence of a persisting “insider threat” within the U.S. intelligence community that has long been around since the inception of America’s narcotics and firearms trafficking problem, both of which have proven to be co-related.
There is compelling evidence which also points to law enforcement involvement in the continuing enterprise of drug trafficking responsible for the countless lives lost as a result thereof, including that of slain DEA Special Agent Enrique “Kiki” Camerena Salazar, whom insiders and witnesses claim was set up by a rogue CIA operative, and further implicate a high-ranking DEA official.
Analysis concludes that the multi-jurisdictional operation bears a design similar to a multilevel pyramid scheme, is heavily compartmentalized, and shows a strong ideological undertone, which is predominately right-wing extremist with a strong membership that is greatly comprised of active and former law enforcement and military (ex. Oath Keepers).
Actors from within the intelligence community, active and former, from direct personnel, and extending to government contractors and sub-contractors, and with access to telecommunications intelligence, that is; active and open “pen-registers” and “trap and trace orders,” among other means of electronic communications surveillance, are thus able to track criminals and criminal investigators alike, and knowing their behavioral patterns and whereabouts, having the reconnaissance, are then fully capable of impersonating such without being detected. This is imperative to the success of their operations.
Hawken is also said to have used false identities to acquire demolition explosives, and on “blasting permit applications” in Nevada, and other states, filing with the ATF as an explosives manufacturer (Federal Explosives License, ATF Forms 5400.13/5400.16, and FD-258), which associates claim Hawken had supplied explosives and firearms to a vast network of “right-wing militia groups.”
Hawken does possesses combat training, has access to firearms, and has expressed a particular interest in purchasing bulk materials which are commonly used in the manufacturing process of explosives, including ammonium nitrate, and blasting caps.
The involvement of public officials in the artifice and drug trafficking scheme has been confirmed by countless interviews with former Death Row Records staff and affiliates, including, Harold “Scrap” Fretty, just one of the producers of 2Pac’s multi-platinum selling album “All Eyez on Me,” who is also acquainted with BMF’s “Big Meech,” otherwise known as Demetrius Flenory. Fretty is also a validated gang member from “Palmer Blocc Crips,” who are located in Compton, California.
About sometime 2006, Fretty had rented a vehicle at the Long Beach Airport, in which he then traveled to Las Vegas, Nevada, with an unknown WMA acquaintance, where the two visited “Calportland Co.,” a building materials supplier, for an unspecified reason. It was during this visit that federal investigators who were at that time surveilling “Calportland Co.,” learned Fretty, and the WMA, had recently contacted former FBI Special Agent Scott Bowman, to whom the WMA had supplied a bundle of “burn out” mobile phones. Surveillance agents on site also identified a 2003 Silver Range Rover, California license plate # 5DUX354, with Bowman as the driver.
A “trap and trace” obtained on the mobile phones supplied to Bowman showed calls from a California Highway Patrol (CHP) Officer Enrico Reyes, badge #15364. Moreover, phone records also displayed calls between Bowman and validated “Palmer Blocc Crips” gang member “Anthony Lamar Elam,” who is also a convicted felon, and close friend of Fretty.
Additionally, call records where “pinged” to a residential address 1040 E. 47th St., Los Angeles, California, 90011, where Elam had been residing with an acquaintance, registered sex offender, and validated gang member of “4-Tray Crips,” Lamar “Bogard” Wells.
According to the Social Security Death Index (SSDI), Wells has been deceased since 2011. A further search for Elam in CODIS (Combind DNA Index System) returned results connecting Elam to a series of pending investigations in which Elam is a primary murder suspect.
Information obtained by federal authorities suggests that Officer Reyes, Peter Hawken (DOB 04/11/1977), Peter Aguirre Jr., of Dalton Trucking, Inc. (DUNS # 76078666, EIN# 95–2683605, US DOT 245718), San Diego Sheriff Department’s (SDSD) Deputy Caesar, badge #5180, Trevor L. Coopstick (DOB 03/07/1980) of Milton, Washington, the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Office (SBSO), and other parties unnamed, including an unidentified WMA 6’1 ft, 200 lbs, had conspired to stage a vehicle collision on the northbound I-15 highway, between a Peterbuilt dump truck, California license plate # CP61941, and a 2000 Toyota Corolla with dealership plates “Toyota Motor Insurance Services, Inc.,” as a decoy to distract police to further a drug smuggling transport scheduled for delivery on December 5th, 2007, sometime about midnight.
According to interviews conducted with numerous witnesses, this narcotics operation was said to have been organized by Hawken, an Army and Navy Academy graduate, who was working with DEA agents under the guise of a “simulated” narcotics transport, whereby drugs which were imported to the San Diego Airport and then transported to Las Vegas, Nevada, using Dalton Trucking, Inc., as the designated transporter.
Narcotics unloaded in Las Vegas are redistributed along the US-93 North, going to Oregon, and then Washington to Vancouver, Canada, and the US-50 East to Salt Lake City, Utah to Boulder, Colorado. A nexus search revealed Hawken has contacts in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and is associated with the “Shanghai Pacific International Container Co., LTD,” whose representatives had previously made financial contributions to Hawken’s spouse’ employer, the City of San Diego’s Regional Chamber of Commerce.
About sometime 2013, Sgt. Simpson also raised questions in regards to the 2004 death U.S. Army Pfc. Stephen A. Castellano, who died of noncombat injury while stationed in Iraq. Castellano was also a witness to a pending investigation and nationwide inquiry into U.S. Department of Defense personnel involvement in the theft and trafficking of firearms from U.S. ammunition depots, especially so where the Hawthorne Army Depot had previously reported firearms and explosives which were unaccounted for. The inquiry began early 1990’s, when a firearm with an obliterated serial number confiscated from a crime scene at the Nickerson Gardens housing projects in Watts was traced back to Hawthorne.
FBI Special Agent Philip Carson had investigated the matter, linking a corrupt ATF Special Agent assigned to the Los Angeles Field Office to narcotics and firearms trafficking at the Nickerson Gardens housing projects. Carson was taken off the case and relocated before he could file a criminal complaint in federal court.
‘Associates of Hawken, with whom Hawken became acquainted with at the Army and Navy Academy in Fairfax, Virginia, allege Hawken is actively assuming fraudulent identities which he obtains from “sources” employed at the Nevada’s Department of Motor Vehicles, Las Vegas, Nevada, and California’s Department of Motor Vehicles, San Diego, California, which are also used to further purchase regulated precursor chemicals that are commonly used in the production of methamphetamine.
Hawken had previously attempted to use fake credentials, misrepresenting himself, and in 2002 was denied an automobile loan at Huntington Beach Toyota, when he attempted to use SSNs while shopping for a new car. Furthermore, call detail records show Hawken had contact with California’s Department of Justice, Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement, Special Agent Shawn Barreiro, since fall of 1996.
Hawken is also said to have used false identities to acquire demolition explosives, and on “blasting permit applications” in Nevada, and when filing as an explosives manufacturer (Federal Explosives License, ATF Forms 5400.13/5400.16, and FD-258), which associates claim Hawken had supplied explosives and firearms to a vast network of “right-wing militia groups.”
In this episode, we discuss Confidential Informant (CI) Jeremy Kenneth Nuckles, NDOC #53628, and information Nuckles had previously provided to Nevada public officials in exchange for bulk cash seized from narcotics trafficking operations under Nevada's asset forfeiture laws.
Furthermore, Nuckles was later interviewed by federal investigators in 2016, during which he revealed his involvement with Nevada public officials implicit to organized crime, which include law enforcement officers with the Washoe County Sheriff's Office, Carson City Sheriff's Office, Douglas County Sheriff's Office, Nevada's Highway Patrol, and others.
Additionally, Correctional Intelligence obtained by NDOC's Correctional Emergency Response Team has confirmed what were previously believed to be rival gangs, are now working together in furtherance of organized crime headed by Nevada public officials.
Nuckles has been a CI since mid-2000's, and in 2016 was ordered to carry out a murder "hit" on a federal witness and rival gang member "Justin Mithias Muncy," who was expected to give courtroom testimony in what would have been a federal proceeding, though was later filed in Nevada state court under the state’s racketeering statutes, during which 23 members of the "Aryan Warriors" were indicted.
Wilber Ernesto Martinez-Guzman, a Salvadoran migrant later accused of four murders which occurred during a six-day time frame, and in the Northern Nevada area, Douglas County and Washoe County, began working closely with Reno’s DEA, and the WCSO narcotics task-force, sometime 2019, and provided investigators with names of Reno city officials whom had purchased methamphetamine from the same source as Martinez-Guzman.
Hospital records at Reno’s Renown Regional Medical Center confirm Martinez-Guzman had in fact visited the medical facility under the discretion of Reno’s DEA Special Agent Kareen Rossi, who would visit Renown, and Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center often, and would identify herself to hospital staff as being with the DEA’s Diversion Control Division. Though it’s been rumored and never confirmed, Rossi is believed to be a material witness to an organized “hit” on CCSO Deputy Carl Howell, who was gunned down August, 2015 while responding to a domestic violence call.
A Rockwood Ultra Lite, which was attached to a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado. Colorado license plate #652QXB, was parked at the DEA’s Reno Resident Agency, located at 8790 Double Diamond Pkwy, sometime about June 17th, 2016, and was being used in undercover operations which are believed to be unauthorized based on the GPS coordinates obtained from a GPS device which was installed underneath the vehicle, later revealed unusual travel activity and patterns which were inconsistent with DEA reports and logs for the aforementioned undercover field work.
In fact, GPS logs showed that DEA Special Agent Shane Murray, and others, along with agents from Nevada Gaming Control Board, had entertained non-work related leisure activities, and had visited various casino’s locally, often using their government issued charge cards as the preferred method of payment.
In 2014, the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) was obstructed from performing their duty as a result of right-wing interference from within our judicial system, when the United States District Attorney’s Office, Reno, Nevada, failed to cooperate with ATF Special Agents in the handling of federal firearms offenses. As a result, Reno’s DEA have been designated to investigate federal firearms violations in that jurisdiction.
In 2014, intelligence obtained by U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s HSI Special Agent Joshua Wood, implicates sworn peace officers within the Carson City Sheriff’s Office (CCSO), and their Associations (Carson City Sheriff’s Supervisory Association, EIN #88–0247377).
This information was brought forth as a result of a separate inquiry into Yuba City Police Department’s involvement in narcotics trafficking, and obstruction of federal law enforcement investigations into the aforesaid.
Moreover, intelligence suggests that CCSO, and others, have built a bridge between nonprofit organizations which are operated and controlled by agency members, using their tax exempt 501 © (5) status to further their criminal enterprise, under the guise of official law enforcement activities which are unauthorized.
The activity described also includes the use of pre-paid government accounts used to finance CCSO’s jail operations inmate phone systems, which are credited funds that are often unaccounted for, and the balance is often adjusted in favor of CCSO, whereby funds are not tracked accordingly, causing discrepancies in the balance sheets which make monies difficult to track, allowing for public officials to use the account as a type of “slush fund.”
This is then used as an opportunity by CCSO staff to move monies around, to and from, different agency linked accounts, and for personal use, placing financial instruments at the disposal of higher-ups within CCSO’s chain-of-command, and other staff possessing the authorization with access to such.
Some of the agency accounts are also used to store federal grant funding obtained solely for agency training. Internal CCSO reports obtained by media reflect these accounts are also used frequently to make political contributions that are unreported to the Nevada Secretary of the State, as required by law.
Most recently, there have been complaints from CCSO staff that Furlong had been accepting monetary bribes, and gratuities, in return for his aid to expedite the approval of CCW (concealed carry) handgun permits for non-residents, or out-of-state residents, by waiving the firearms training and background check requirements as set out in Nevada Revised Statute 202.010.
State of Nevada is a shall-issue state, requiring CCW applicants to complete a state approved firearms familiarity training course. There are no restrictions for applicants from out-of-state in obtaining a CCW permit within Nevada, so long as they are not what is considered a “prohibited persons,” and undergo the necessary firearms safety training. Nevada also recognizes CCW permits from outside of Nevada, and has reciprocity with some 24 states.
Because Carson City is the Capital for the State of Nevada, this combination of ongoing illicit activity is especially concerning, as it relates to key sectors of Critical Infrastructure, with Nevada serving as a popular tourist attraction to visitors worldwide.
Soto, since at least sometime 2015, and until the present time, attends unofficial meetings with Furlong, during which the two discuss non-work related business. In the past, Soto and Furlong have met up to socialize at a Nevada brothel, the Chicken Ranch, located at 10511 Homestead Rd., Pahrump, Nevada 89061. Records show that, sometime 2010, an intermediary acquainted with Furlong had sold a pick-up truck, a Red 2001 Ford F-150 VIN # 1FTRW08L41KA21654, to a local sex-worker employed at the Bunny Ranch, 69 Moonlight Rd., Carson City, Nevada 89706.
Sometime in 2017, a compliance investigator with the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health reported to her employer that she overheard a private conversation between Furlong and Soto,
I first met Spice 1 on a road trip to Roswell, New Mexico, for a show in 2005. At that time, Spice 1 had been working with “Jam Entertainment,” which was an independent record label based out of Richmond, California, and who was also at that time working with stand-up comedian and musician “Katt Williams.”
It was through my manager “Anthony Lamar Elam” that I became acquainted with Spice 1 and Jam Entertainment when we all drove from Southern California through Las Vegas, Nevada, and Arizona, so that we could meet up with Spice 1 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
With the exception of social media, I hadn’t spoke to Spice 1 until 2015, when we met at the Montblue Resort, Casino, and Spa in Stateline, Nevada, during which he was promoting his new mixtape “Haterz Nightmare.” Last I heard, Spice 1 had got shot at his parents house in Hayward, California on Thanksgiving Day in 2007.
What was interesting is a 2019–2020 VladTV interview (1:09:12) of Spice 1 saying “Suge Marion Knight” had nothing to do with the Las Vegas, Nevada incident which claimed the life of rapper Tupac Shakur. Having had conversations in person with Spice 1, I can say he is socially aware of the problems in our society, especially if we’re talking about the drug-trafficking in America, so it was a surprise to hear Spice 1 fend for Suge Knight when asked about Suge’s involvement with Shakur’s murder.
Before Tupac’s “Only God Can Judge Me,” there was a little known rap artist group by the name of “Human Dogg,” which consisted of rappers Scrap (Harold Fretty), Lil’ Loc (Anthony Lamar Elam), and Tweet. Scrap, also known as Harold “Scrap” Fretty, was the original producer of what would later become “Only God Can Judge Me,” and originally titled “Funkin’ Up the Backseat,” which was a single featured on Human Dogg’s demo at the time which the trio was shopping to major record labels.
I met Scrap through Anthony Elam (Lil’ Loc), who was my manger in 2004–2005, during which I pursued a career in the music industry. Scrap produced several tracks on my demo “Major Players EP” by “Event.” It was during my time working on music with Scrap that he explained to me the history of the song which later featured on Pac’s “All Eyez on Me” album, which Scrap had produced alongside “Doug Rasheed,” and all started with Scrap “beat-boxing” the bass while sitting inside a car with his friends. Scrap and Rasheed later got in the studio and produced “Funkin’ Up the Backseat,” which was later sold to “Death Row Records, Inc.,” when Pac heard the original song and wanted to use the instrumental for his album.
The 2 Pac story is that while looking for production for “All Eyez on Me,” Pac really wanted to work with Rasheed who at that time had produced the multi-platinum selling hit by “Coolio” known as “Gansta’s Paradise.” Because Rasheed had co-produced “Funkin’ Up the Backseat,” Pac was able to hear “Human Dogg’s” demo, and as a result selected the track for his “All Eyes on Me” album. Scrap and Rasheed were one of the few producers to get paid by “Suge Knight” and Death Row Records, as many artists working with the label at that time did not get paid. According to Scrap, the production for “Only God Can Judge Me” resulted in a settlement with the record label which paid the producers roughly a couple hundred thousand dollars for the music piece.
In the State of Nevada, “legal sex workers,” or what are otherwise known as “licensed prostitutes,” can legally engage in prostitution so long as they meet State’s requirements of Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) 201.354, that is, no person in Nevada shall engage in the act of prostitution or the solicitation thereof, unless done so under the license of a “legal brothel.”
Brothels in Nevada are legal in 10 counties, or in other words, a legal brothel can operate in any county in Nevada so long as the population of the county not exceed a population of 700,000 persons.
Sex work in Nevada is regulated at a county level, and legal sex-workers of brothels are vetted by local law enforcement (ex. Sheriff, Constable, Police, ex.), who are responsible for conducting background checks on sex workers to ensure prostitutes are of good moral character and meet NRS requirements for engaging in sex-work in Nevada.
My inquiry into the State of Nevada was a result of witness statements obtained from Nevada “sex-workers,” including adult film actress and Bunny Ranch prostitute Mika Tan, implicating Nevada public officials to the sex-trafficking of children, and drug distribution, including former Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt, former Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval, current Carson City Sheriff’s Office Sheriff Kenneth Furlong, Reno Police Chief Jason Soto, and Nevada gaming industry VIP Leon Black-long time close associate of now deceased Jeffrey Epstein.
Most federal laws prohibiting prostitution do not directly outlaw sex-work, though do outlaw circumstances under which prostitution occurs. Prostitution is illegal in all states except for some parts of Nevada, and is greatly governed by state rather than federal law.
With the aforementioned, Title 18 U.S. Code § 2421A makes the solicitation of prostitution illegal when such is facilitated by means of an “interactive computer service.” Given that the “Bunny Ranch,” and other Nevada brothels maintain promotional websites as a means of soliciting brothel activities, such business practices fall under the federal statute and in accordance with Section 230 of the Communications Act of 1934.
In 2016, I worked in a non-official capacity as a “Category III” Nevada Peace Officer, at Nevada’s Ely State Maximum-Security Prison, where my objective was to obtain evidence against Nevada public officials regarding the instruments to financial crimes.
It was “Correctional Intelligence” which I had obtained under the guise of a “Category III” Peace Officer, or “Correctional Officer,” that prompted a further investigation of Nevada public officials’ illegal practices of an unlicensed “Money Transmitter Business,” as against the Nevada state laws set forth in NRS 671.040.
