Welcome to FASHION CAREER STORIES 

My name is Lucas SILVA EDWARDS, I am a Career strategist and Executive coach. My goal with this podcast is to help you design a successful life and career in the fashion and luxury industry. One of the most glamorous and magical industry on the planet, but also one of the most competitive and demanding ones. 

To help your in your professional journey, I interview fashion professionals at different stages of their career, in order to decode their best practices, tactics and strategies. 

Before you jump in and listen the first episodes, few information regarding the format of this podcast:

All the episode are between 1h or 2h hours long. I have chosen this format because i believe this is the best way to go deep within each individual story and get the best insights possible.  Even though most episode are in English, some of them are in French. So if you are learning french, take this opportunity to practice, if you are not, please bare with me and enjoy the English speaking ones.  Last but not least, in order to keep the authenticity of the conversation, I've decided to barely edit each interview.
