In this episode Eric Jay West addresses distortion (in reality) and the effects of being taking out of one's element. He speaks about his personal experience with this and witnessing others deal with distortions in reality. He asks for feedback from the world on how people manage trying to help others (family, friends) who are either experiencing this due to life's stresses or dealing with mental illness. In this episode Eric Jay West explores the struggles of trauma responses to toxic people and environments that constantly manipulates a person's mental health or mental space; such as family members who feel entitled to your attention or energy because they are related to you by blood; friends and associates that are overly familiar with past versions of yourself so they passive aggressively do or say things to challenge you but think to themselves that it's okay "just because" they believe that "they know you" and are entitled to having to always have access to you; and lastly he asks the audience and listeners how the hieght of the Pann-demm-ick which he calls the "Panyemmy" affected folks (e.g., whether folks took the time to learn a new skills, start a business or entrepreneurial venture, check-off a life "bucket list" item, strengthened relationships with close friends and family, or whether this time of "isolation" and "slowing down" caused a temporary depression or feeling of hightened anxiety?)
