Lately, I've been watching the rise of a condition called Entrepreneurial Crisis Hyper-Reactivity Syndrome (E-CHRS). I see it’s happening to Health Coaches and Nutritionists right now!
E-CHRS normally strikes when you're building your online health business. It’s a syndrome that causes coaches to go into reactivity overdrive. Now there ARE some positives to E-CHRS It can trigger you to take action on profitable projects you’ve been meaning to start but “never quite got around to”, but it can also cause you to make impulsive decisions that lead you up the garden path nowhere!
I see a ton of Health Coaches and Nutritionist racing at warp speed to build solid foundations for their business. They see other coaches making it look easy to earn consistent £10K, £20K, £40K, and £60K months so they dive in head first building their online business without a clear plan. In almost every case of E-CHRS, sufferers are within a Warrior Pose’s reach of online success. With just a few small tweaks they could set their business up to soar, but E-CHRS is holding them back.
Here are some common symptoms:
- The belief is that if you don’t try and do everything in the next 5 minutes you’ll miss out on the chance to build a successful online health business
- Following ALL THE STRATEGIES you see working for other coaches & praying one of them will work for you
- Pole-vaulting ahead from zero to trying to Scale with group programs and online courses without laying the right foundations down in the first place for online success
The end result? An online health business that feels like an expensive hobby

At 15 years old, I left an alcohol-fueled and abusive family life. And after years of being told I wasn’t good enough it just fuelled my passion for proving them wrong. At the age of 19, I opened my first business with just £1,000 in savings, a brick-and-mortar clinic which subsequently turned 7 figures in two years.
I then launched my own skincare line in Selfridges London. Again after everyone around me told me; “I was crazy”. At the end of 2018, I burned out and suffered a stroke, aged only 47. I had to leave everything behind that I’d spent so many years building or risk damaging my health even more.
In 2019 I opened my online business struggling to sell £50 coaching sessions. Through grit, determination, and hard work, I’m now a multi six figure online entrepreneur who mentors other coaches to build, grow and scale their online empires.
I’m dedicating this episode to all the women who’ve been told; “They’re not good enough”. Because… trust me, if the little girl who left home at 15 with a carrier bag full of clothes can become a wildly successful entrepreneur …
