I absolutely love this episode. I had such a great time with Nicole. Such a beautiful space of sisterhood, talking honestly, vulnerably and with our open hearts about marriage, romance, physical health, sexual desire, monogamy, orgies, polarity, babies and so much more. These topics fascinate me and are some of the topics I love talking about the most. I’m going to keep it short and let you discover this beautiful conversation with Nicole who has most definitely been a really brave soul. She was married twice and didn’t hesitate to bring the uncomfortable conversation to the surface when she would realized that she wasn’t satisfies, when she would tune into her intuition and hear “there is more, there is more than this”.

In this mini freestyle episode, I share a recent pearl of. Trust means being comfortable with the unknown. After dissolving more layers of identity in the last few days including during a Peter Crone workshop at the Fit for Service summit, a feeling of comfort with the unknown grew in me whilst sitting with hape by the fire in Texas until the almost-full moon. This podcast is fiiiiire! It’s one of my favorite! I had so much fun, and I love having fun! A pure, joyous, yummy, ecstatic verbal dance with the amazing Zach Puchtel!

It is a total treat for us all that goes through talking about music and the freedom found in improvisation and self expression, we also touch on the acceptance of the darkness of the world we live it, and we feel into to the love for this phase of Renaissance, or Renaissance in French, that we are in right now. And also, this episode ends up in a super fun heart-based improvisational rap jam session - I had no idea what I was getting into!

And that the beauty of living life as a ceremony. We came together in a specific container, with specific intentions of having an epic conversation and of having fun, and we went along for the ride. And this is only possible, or at least made much smoother and much more enjoyable, when there is a beautiful, safe, curious and playful container to do so. And I really feel that Zach embodies that. It is so easy to be present in a conversation with him. He has this infectious joy and smile and playfulness and curiosity for life. And I love how he articulates his thoughts with language that specific and rich yet also very easy to receive. I also really love his openness and his willingness to share his heart and be vulnerable and lean into the intimacy.

Lika, Lika, Lika is with us today on the podcast! When I think about her, I smile big! She has this gorgeous smile and infectious playfulness that brings joy and innocence everywhere she goes. Lika is such a pleasant and delicious being to be around, and even though I have never met her in the physical world yet, I feel a closeness with her. Sabina Malinalli is one of the dearest sisters whom I walk the path of ceremonial living and sacred transformation with. My first encounter with Juilaila was at one of her Yoni embodiment retreats - she welcomed me into the space with the brush of a few red and pink roses on my heart, my lower back, my whole body. As she sighed and sent love over my body my heart opened and I cried. Cracked open in a few seconds. This is the power of Juilaila and her practices. I could tell you that Juilaila Rose is a dancer and a Yoni embodiment & somatic teacher, but that doesn’t cut it! You have to experience her presence, her softness, her wildness, and the power of her words.

In this episode we touch on her childhood raised as a Southern Baptist in Texas where dancing was forbidden, and how she came into her full power through somatic healing and embodiment to become the freest dancer I have ever seen. Within this almost two hour conversation we talk about the unifying power of innocent dancing, the power of being claimed and fully fucked in divine partnership, and how to life a yoni life and become aware of the Yoniverse in us. We also get to explore the concept of stripclubs as a ceremony playground, and most of all how Juilaila brings her light and beauty to all spaces, and finish with her blessing us with a Yoni meditative prayer.

Anna Ruth Hall is an embodiment of wildness and Eros.
