Here's a change model for you to consider:
Stage 1: Denial of the problem
Stage 2: Acceptance of our new normal
Stage 3: Management of our new normal
Stage 4: Growth
In this episode, we will explore Stages 1 & 2, which will prepare us to set SMART goals for 2023 in the next episode.
Spiritual Reference: The Serenity Prayer
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference, living one day at a time; enjoying one moment at a time; taking this world as it is and not as I would have it; trusting that You will make all things right if I surrender to Your will; so that I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with You forever in the next. Amen.

Happy New Year!
The new year is a great time to reflect on the previous year and begin to envision what comes next. And I don't mean just tangible things like wanting a new car this year (although that's important too). You may be going through a divorce and just want healing for you and your family in 2023. You may be in the middle of a custody battle and long for it to end, or for the kids to finally have stability. Whatever season you're in currently, just know there is hope and things WILL change.
Every season is marked by certain characteristics. Have you identified which one you're in right now? If not, pay attention. Because identifying where you are now is the first step to achieving your goals for the future.. whether that's emotional or mental stability or something more tangible like a new job.
Be encouraged!
To everything there is a season, and a time for every matter or purpose under heaven: A time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to pluck up what is planted, A time to kill and a time to heal, a time to break down and a time to build up, A time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, A time to cast away stones and a time to gather stones together, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, A time to get and a time to lose, a time to keep and a time to cast away, A time to rend and a time to sew, a time to keep silence and a time to speak, A time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace. (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 )

The greatest moments of my life were when I knew that there was life growing inside my womb.
Have you ever watched a loved one suffer? Have you ever asked: Why won't he or she listen to the One Voice that they know is trying to save them? The One Voice that I know can save life?
